too many variables in action for us to know exactly what could be happening to imu
Gorgeous
leaving pangea castle has great consequences and the Zoan transformation hurts imu so much he screams out
it probably hurts more and more with greater forms too
this is only one of many we’re gonna see
imu didn't scream at all during the transformations in the empty throne room though
right
oh true say
damn right sabo saw everything live in 4k
does metamorphosis in butterflies generally hurt them
Aren't they turned to goo in the Chrysalis
seeing him with this face is just so funny man lol
Yes, caterpillars entirily melt their body down when in that coccoon
Heyyyy
@rose rune have you done something with this yet
butterfly of theseus
You ignored me earlier! 😤
Talk to the paw🫸
…i cant stay mad at Bluko
I love Mars
@prisma idol I forgive you 🙂↕️
yeah bro got

Mars cares for his lord, he is worried for their safety
W Gorosei
I always wanted to draw more Mars art
ethan could never
Trueeee
Guys top man. How is this even a debate
Plus hes still comitted to the standing punishment
that sort of self-punishment is very devout
Ethan too busy trying to aruafarm
it is in his name
editing him in front of his own abyss is just so good man
hes the top man
hahahahaha
peter sweeps them all though
IM MAKING A WALK CYCLE GIF THIS INSTANT
Peter has the worst monster design
im too hyped for the next chapter man
seeing this panel made me also almost protect the holy land ngl
me too
imu edits will go even more crazy once he is raging
I want to see Peter’s hybrid
and seeking out vivi
vacuum worm ❤️
Sorry guys I gotta update the graph
Elbaph never existed...
this probably a top 10 from you
You sure do like one piece
Imu needs to have some quirk. Can't have a cool characters in OP without downsides
cool edit tho
Shanks?
Whitebeard?
Mihawk?
Is that a downside
Seems like they'll be running on a time limit.
Given what the gorosei were worried about.
yes
his little feet of course
tho actually dudes huge
He looks so mischevious.
probably can expand his size too
"Mu shalt prank this world, for eternity..!"
imu and luffy compete on becoming the bigger giant
I'd imagine it's just like gear 5.
yeah defo
Lucky bastard You got image perms
Fumbling a baddie for the first time be like
I see you cheeky bastards reacting
who’s everyone’s favourites of these then?
Bakotsu probably.
Wonder what is special about Vivi that Imu wants her
Does a nefertari body have some sort of special attribute
Or he just wants to execute her
blue
fengxi’s cool man
I don’t like One Piece
blue
I love One Piece
mars
My expectation rn is just Lili revenge
yeah real shit
Rick ross
If he hated lili so much why does he have a portrait of her in his garden
to fuel the hate
Damn
what graph?
@trim lily
He wanted vivi after he found out Lili was D
Thats the gag
the graph is inaccurate
because youre not supposed to agree with him
incredible
Which admit as a member of the "nothing happens" coalition
He's been operating under the assumption that Lili was on his side and scattered the glyphs by accident. When cobra told him they're D, imu realized Lili was a traitor and wants revenge on her descendant
I just realized that the HK and gorosei are an infinite food supply if you're a cannibal
this is starting to look like a certain other series' chart
Trueeee
goda taking inspiration from the greats
Quirk: incel
Befitting a demon lord...
I am gonna steal that btw
was skimming through TB and man I cant wait for his 2nd flashback
its going to be so peak
actually have we had a french inspired island yet
yes, nothing at all island, but we never visited it
luffy crushed the eternal pose
I mean technically Marie Geoise
Bridge to Perona’s room…
The Pangaea Castle resembles Chateau de Chambord
huge
and there's theories out there that Imu could also be taking inspiration from Louis XVI
16 really is his number
Who is that
thats the french king during the french revolution
he get deposed and guillotined by the people
I almost forgot I'm making chicken stock
i feel like louis is nothing at all like imu lol
Thinking about Imu’s reveal , oda is such a troll , very trolly reveal
He had us thinking it was gonna be some sort of slender black blob shape for so long an so well that he even made the black blob aspect of it a canon thing , having characters mention it themselves to confirm it’s not just a silhouette, and then he does this shit , it’s fuckin genius in its own way
he's just as handsome
well the main theory isnt necessarily about Imu's personality, but Oda's made references to it during the starvation crisis that theyre facing
tbf
that thing will be revealed eventually
eh feels like a bit of a forced connection
its funny though ofc, but we're gonna get that reveal eventually
Yeah that’s another genius part about it , now even this black blob thing can have its own separate reveal
Oda playing and toying with the concept of what a silhouette is and does
yupp
“Oh you think you guys got me figured out? Watch this”
Oda as he makes imu an entity with 3 seperate reveals
speaking of Louis actually
no
Louis Arnot is definitely gonna be the mystery man of Brook's life
the one he owed everything to
we're getting a Louis Arnot reveal this arc
now I wasnt even getting into the time thing smh
but that #soon too
what mystery man?
The quirk is that he’s an incel
Are we back to numbers posting
my identity is not your quirk
I told them to do that
16 is the most important number
its one that you cant even like deny
Imu has literally even been revealed in Volume 116
Jesus Christ man
oda dragging out the rocks flashback so he could buy time to put imu in 116
Its literally I-Mu
Its Nami's first bounty
Its the East Blue Naval branch that Nezumi belongs to
Its the amount of times that Luffy rings the Ox bell in Marineford
That is seen as a sign of challenging the authority of the World Government itself
Its the amount of times a Celestial Dragon shoots a 5 year and a 2 year old child
Its the ultimate attack of Doflamingo, the 16 Holy Bullets
In chapter 1060, Imu nukes Lulusia with 16 beams from Uranus
Nezumi very critical to the grander one piece narrative
We’re still waiting for the confirmation that Gunko is 16
Where are Imu's 16 baddies

Does Gunko count as Elbaf’s princess
yeah
Its difficult to explain
but its important I can assure you
We’re like almost 30 years in with over a thousand chapters and 16 came up a few times
No thats Ripley
loki or gunko are interchangeably the princess of elbaf
Took me a minute to remember who that was
Loki is Elbaf’s princess
elbafs princess is hajrudin
what does nezumi has to do with murdering a child with 16 shots😭 😭 😭 😭
Well it depends who do you consider Wano’s princess, then you will get your answer
i really dont believe in the number stuff. Its just so easy to make connections that arent there with thousands of numbers to work with. give me a number and a theme i can can generate the supportinfg numerology for you. its a choose your own adventure
Just smile and walk away slowly they can’t hurt us
Nezumi means Rat
Imu is the King of the Rats
Nezumi is the first World Government enemy to oppose Nami
Imu is the World Government itself, soon to oppose Nami

King of the rats
yes
reaching final boss
That King of the Rats thing is cool actually
Neronami never dies
nezumi nami
Bluko back me up on this
new theory
Remember when Usopp mentioned Elbaf during the raid and big mom heard and whisked him away
UNRELATED
Nvm, it's a palindrome
IRRELEVANT
I wasn't paying that hard attention the first time lol
I am literally cooking here
Thought it was imu was actually contained in the word for a sec and was a nice play on words lol
Why do we need nerona Nami
nerona robin>
You are yuderon posting
every 16 reference is connected to Imu
My fist is about to connect to your face
What was the Imu reference on chapter 16
see, this will be clear soon
none
Next you’ll talk about inverted numbers
Imu didn’t exit
Theory seems kinda flawed
Exist
The 61 trials of Luffy
in chapter 16 this move was used, and murder may be one of the things imu is capable of
Only perso who doesn't have a special lineage
Sorry was too busy shipping Imu x Joyboy
Whats up
Oh shit
I’m going to be honest I don’t care about Nami
99 things going in favor of it, one not? thats not how it works
that is the normal opinion to have on it
I hear Imu likes baths too
I can’t remember the last time I cared about what Nami was doing
Sexist pig
I don't care about her that much either
Robin > Nami
Which is fine. It's fine not to care that much about some of the straw hats
This is like the most common of sense
nami gets a sufficient amount of love from oda
though her beating ulti on her own wouldve been cool
I like Jinbei he just doesn’t belong in the crew
And yet somehow Nami gets liked more
She's one of the main stars of the crew
But you dont understand at how funny it will be
Jinbei belongs somewhere else
What do you mean by that bud
We should segragate jinbei from the crew or something
I would not have seen Nerona Nami coming
And it would be p funny lol
literally nothing pointing to this btw, stopppp
He was more interesting as a straw hat ally
better than nami cope
The nose is why its gaining popularity
And he was allowed much more freedom to do things
at least robin is connected to history and all that
imu does lowkey look like robins mom
I mean Oda did write a whole script for a movie about Nami's lineage, so supposedly she is important
its just to make Imu hotter
thats it
Imus first words on elbaf will be “my great great great great great great great great great great great great great grand daughter, where is she?”
not a single ao3 entry for this...
We already know that Robin's name is Clou D Robin, how can she be both that and a Nerona
And then he also said ehh nah thats shit
though there is one for luffy and imu, so i guess thats a win if you go by the shuron system
You have to wait for the anime
and if youre going on about the Devil Child thing, you would NOOOOOOOOOOOOT believe what the title of the Nami introduction Chapter is.
Film tangerine
N(erona)
I(mu)
C
O
Robin
goda
Was he. He maintained pretty much the same level of interest to me. I like him because he isn’t used to the Strawhats foolishness and is slowly being corrupted
someone was supposed to ask
O for Olvia
still not namis thing as much as it is robins so
true
are you trolling bro 🥀
nami is famously the devil child
C for Crocus (robins dad)
yea robins still more to do with the devil than nami
Nami is introduced in a chapter titled ''The Devil Girl'' or the ''Devilish Woman''
C is for Conqueror smh
clover*
No
not the same I fear
True
it is
thats cope
nvm these theories are god tier
I’m rereading Elbuff
This would never happen to pre strawhat Jinbei it’s so sad
Wdym? Bro was literally in Impel Down
sanji's main technique is diable jambe and ifrit jambe
AKA devil's leg
does this mean that sanji's leg belongs to the world government?
What has Jinbei even done after joining the SH's, he was better as an ally icl
the girl in your pfp looks like her in WCI with the red dress
yeah
beat whos who
and throw some water on fire
hey he also did a good job thinking
All will be revealed along with the drunken iron ore logia for Imu
stop shitting on him bruh
he's working a 9-5 and collecting his retirement checks
it is, and the number 16 connection is a billion times more significant anyways
Jimbei made full body haki cool
Nami > Robin tho
He was protesting young man
Sigh, ally Jinbei is looking on disappointing
Its okay to have an L opinion sometimes Jesus, i understand
True, I need to give him the respect he deserves
Her being called a devilish woman in a chapter title aint the same as robin's epithet being devils child + having a devil looking form now
jinbe is the only mf who doesn't do a whole lot but i cant bring myself to hate him
like do you not feel glee when he takes on the role of firefighter and Fedex driver
And got his ass locked up for it
tbh nami and robin suck
And he got out and saved Luffy’s life and took a blow from Akainu
Non strawhat Jinbei was like that
White name
perosnaly just dont like them as characters unless ure referring to east blue nami
Man how crazy its more clear that BB fruit is anti venom for Dfs users .Bean i see clearly vision of BB killing Imu and stealing Akuma DF becoming final enemy
East blue Nami was peak Nami yes
atp that just makes him temu imu
But pretty much every strawhat peaks in their intro arc
We have a bunch of sexist pigs in chat
Its her introduction chapter, thats very important. Robin is called the Devil Child because the WG is projecting as they always do, they accuse the enemy of what they themselves are. Oharans were literally called Devils and she's their child. Thats all.
false
Nah BB already have 2 crazy dfs with this one bro gonn be buffed on max
yea so that being an epithet that follows her to this day and having a form that looks like a devil is more connection to the devil than Nami being called a devilish woman once
they're both kind of mid ngl
at least the gura is on blackbeard
it seems counterintuitive to have a fruit that sinks islands and causes tsunamis when your ship is a literal oversized raft 😭

tbf gods and devils have been used interchangably for good and bad people
to the point where the apperance title or even abilities of a demon or a god doesnt mean shit for your morality
Nami being called a devilish woman is probably just pre-ts Oda having fun with her being a lying thief (at least until the Arlong reveal). I guess he could directly connect it back to some demon lore crap, but that's not something I personally want. I joke about Nerona Nami and whatnot, but I don't desire it. Nami just being a regular woman is great in and of itself.
out of our main cast, 3 of them have forms or states named after or literally taking the form of a demon
Demonio is her embracing what they accuse her of being, in the case of Nami its not something thats explained like this. Its meant to be read as just ''Femme Fatale'' and the other interpretation of its not been important just yet.
Zoro has seen the supposed grim reaper from mink meth, but I don't look at it deeply.
brook is as unholy as they come
literally garners his powers from the depths of hell
🥶
oh yeah, but the idea here is that the world is upside down currently, hell is on top of Marie Geoise, the devils are claiming to be Gods, the Sun God and his followers the D are being called the enemies of God (Devils), etc.
but these are our protagonists
@wet condor https://x.com/i/status/2039793566080487485
Okay arsal you explaining the reason for her connection to the idea of a devil doesnt change that shes got more to do with the idea of a devil than nami. I dont know why youd think having an interpretation for why shes called that or has a form like that changes anyhting. Nami is called a devilish woman just cuz theyre saying she was conniving and shit.
We dont need to break it down to admit at least currently robin has more of a "devil" theme than nami
People have been going off with the Imu art ngl
Its colouring
the black gold and white is nice
Peak
i can get behind that, I just wanted to let yall know to be careful when assigning those roles literally is all
Colouring & fanart in general
Robin also having demon associated with her hopefully doesn't lead to anything deeper than that.
I am just saying, in the case of Robin its not meant to be a legitimate title so its not comparable, thats a false accusation against her
i pretty much agree with the sentiment since IMO the reveal of the first world pretty much changed one piece's scope and narrative to me
Robin wont be connected to Imu, she will however fight him
okay so is devilish woman a legitimate title arsal
if not then youre not making a relevant point
its more legitimate than Robin being falsely accused
you lose that
by actually connecting her to Imu
??
it went from a story that seemed like it was just centered around the void century and the wrongs comitted there, to something a lot more nuanced
its part of her whole character lol
no this is some of your worst cope
Shes not the Devil that they claim she is, you cant take that away.
Don't know if I want Robin fighting Imu. Making her fight Akainu feels more apt with his direct connection to Ohara, but even that feels weird.
nami being called a devilish woman as a general insult one time is to you her being more involved with the theme of a devil than robin
good thing I didnt say she was
the point is she's still associated with the idea of a devil in the story, to an extent more than nami is
can you agree to that being true?
Facts
I mean sure, but again, the whole point is that the association is meant to be completely false
same
so to assert that it connects her to Imu is silly
I dont care, we're comparing two people. Is thre answer yes or no
I just said sure yeah
Idc if you think oh but shes not actually a devil, thats not the debate
so yes, the answer is robin is more associated with the devil than nami, thank you
I am just saying, the idea of the title makes it clear that she will never be connected to Imu
the opposite of what people are suggesting
the moment it finally opened the doors beyond le parallelpiece and cloning of characters and their dynamics
Youre just saying something that was completely separate from the topic
or i guess where it revealed it was never about that
I have seen the theories Laww
I am talking about what I have seen
endless cycle plot >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> everything else i ever believed it to be before
I do think she will comment on the great irony of it all though, which is what I was gonna say in response to this
she will comment on how she and her people were accused of being the devils
when this is what the WG was all along
nika finally having a clear idea of what it's significance actually is (not fucking strength)
she doesn't need to have an extended fight with Imu, but I think there will be a limited battle interaction here
similar to Enel v Robin I guess
a short Demonio v Imu fight, she will lose quickly but it will be good
the ideas in Water 7 are underdiscussed when it comes to the whole ''Imu foreshadowing'' debate, people focus entirely on Dressrosa and Skypiea
not technically, he primarily represents freedom and liberation
when the whole Ohara plotline has just been recontextualized as being so deeply ironic
and destruction and laughter
and that was obviously intentional all along
obviously
but at the end of the story he will end up being the strongest or one of the strongest anyway, he’s very far from that right now
yes, typo
if he wants to be the one who is the most free
i agree, i just hated the idea of the fruit being fear for its strength
when there are far more destructive fruits in the verse lol
it’s always been about what it symbolizes
not about just power
and as if the idea wasnt obvious enough lol, he had Lucci going around masked like this
its really cool
Deeply ironic?
i agree but not necessarily for some metaphorical thing
you wanna know what fruit embodies pure destruction and strength
take a good look at my pfp
mochi god
nah he isnt intangible
in all reality nidhogg is a very destructive fruit
any imu haters in chat
Any drunken iron ore truthers in chat?
the way they described nika in the most recent chapter and ESPECIALLY when the giants discuss it a fuck ton right before the mural chapter pretty much confirmed to me they fear nika for being the trigger and nothing more
the existence of the fruit causes the end of whomever is the ruler of that era
I might cosplay Imu the next con I go…
Lightskin version or blob version
🤔
Yeah, they insisted that the Oharans were literal devils trying to bring about the destruction of the world, that the World Government was trying to prevent them from awakening the Ancient Weapons and using them all over the world. Now, we know the real devils were the WG itself, the ones using Ancient Weapons (in the past, and now) were them.
thats why they dont give a fuck about luffy in egghead
whereas in wano they fucking shat themselves the moment they learned the fruit was going to awaken
Iceburg was a man who even bought into this propaganda against them, thats why he calls Robin a Devil too
nah in the past is HC
Goat is a sexually frustated man malding over 800 year dead people
eh, 200 islands were erased during the Void Century
I doubt that was Joyboy lol
who made the ancient weapons bro 🥀
yes, but we dont know why
uranus isnt the only weapon that sinks the world
our final villain hasnt gotten over his ex 800 years later
franky makes it pretty evident that it doesnt really matter why, its a creation that goes WAY too far
the big idea with the Ancient Weapons has been ''why would anyone create them'', this was especially highlighted in Wano when it was questioned multiple times as to why Oden would like to awaken them
it is, but its still a massive overkill
uranus in particular in one blast fucks everyone on a world wide scale
definitely, but its going to serve multiple purposes, its going to be a case of their creation landing in the wrong hands just as Franky's little battleships were used against Tom to build a case against him
we can all finally agree elbaf will fail
Imu's beauty changed so many dudebros brains
but in that same flashback tom also makes a great point that weapons are weapons, they are meant for killing and destruction
it isn't about absolving the actions or intent of the weapon but to be proud of your work
and that is if even all of them were actually meant to be weapons, like Poseidon for example, it doesn't necessarily have to be a killing machine
louis arnot was right
"dont overstay your welcome here, or the arc will be ass"
they're called weapons by the ppl who wrote the poneglyphs
ohh thats what he meant
poseidon's actually a great example of how fucked this shit actually is
because they effectively attempted to create god
by making a eternal bioweapon
im still torn on how bad the ancient kingdom may actually be given that joyboy fought for them
who's also a living person
and i have a hard time believing oda would ever depict joyboy as bad, or bad leaning now
and more importantly there's no real reason to assume the guy who only has one of the weapons and completely lacked a fuel source for at LEAST 800 years sunk the world
and not, yknow, the ones who made it
would you believe if I told you he never depicted rocks as bad or bad leaning
rocks was bad (offscreen only)
When you got someone like Imu Joyboy won’t be painted with negative connotations at all
im still having a hard time figuring out where does davy jones fit into all this
man my internet is so dog
this is why cats win
davy jones is the third wheel who tried to insert himself into everything
we've spent 1100 chapters of the story leading up to the vegapunk speech and have seen nothing but atrocities comitted by the world government. We have no reason to think they'd be anything but horrid in conception too
and yet oda has VEGAPUNK question this
true true
perhaps vegapunk is simply stupid
well, Vegapunk just has limited information, he did say that
trueeeee
he said he simply did not know enough
"Oda should kill a strawhat" is honestly giving "the wano raid should fail" lmfao
ye he did, but you have to think about it from a out of world perspective too
THE USOPP WILL DIE
because his knowledge comes from a fraction of the poneglyphs after all
THERE ARE PARALLELS
why would oda bother putting that in
ODA FORESKINNED THIS
It's happening. Just not here
This moment is so beautiful
Epilogue maybe, before laugh tale no fucking shot
you would think he wouldnt need that knowledge to say the WG are in fact bad guys
there's zero reason to plant doubt about the nature of the void century when most p much accepted it
at least the current iteration of them
usopp will DIE
This always happens yall set yourselves up
this is extremely important because of the arc right before egghead
Also why do you WANT him to die???
EOS right at the end
wano
he didnt necessarily say that they were good, he specifically questions the intent of HIM (Imu)
kid robin standing on the edge of that cliff 💔
How the hell are you not fuckign caught up
damn you Oda
I don’t see the vision on a straw hat dying right now if at any point bruh
Where’s this coming from
he said he simply knows too little about Imu to make that conclusion, thats all
Usopp’s gonna pull everyone’s leg
Too busy reading boruto
but why would Oda plant the idea of no one being actually good or evil in the past and the war just being a clash of ideologies then
he doesnt know imu exists
he does
he was talking about the war in general
no, he refers to one individual
? lemme check
he is caught up lmao
It fits him the best out of all the SHs, long story short lol
I'd explain my whole reasoning but I'm a lil' tired
So much death… this fandom needs to appreciate life
Doesn’t Vegapunk mention a person in quotations when he does his speech
I think he meant Joyboy
That’s gotta be referring to Imu
this is absolutely a reference to Imu Jesus
I remember when this happen a bunch of smartasses were all “erm another death fakeout…” SHUT UP THIS IS GOOD WRITING!
the question is, will oda pull a fakedeath on Jarul??
Did you know imu face reveal happened in 1179
any non SH death wont be a fakeout
i think its mostly vegapunk not spoiling to the world that the wg is fucking evil
like to the core
what purpose would he serve beyond this arc and the current state of affairs I have no clue. Kill him
idk man what purpose did lola's father serve 💔
What?!!?!?
why would he bother doing that when he's telling the world of taboo info
Why’d you spoil me Joshua
hes the ultimate scientist
"Without knowing the spark that caused the war, I won’t say who was right or wrong, I’ll simply state that the two competing ideologies came head-to-head." @ashen perch
i’m glad he made it out of this however the hell that happened
hes giving an unbiased view essentially
he's also given his opinions
oven is a fraud ig
this is what I am talking about @fringe escarp
ill be honest i thought this was kizaru
since a big part of that arc was kizaru's conflict on having to kill his friend
and the judgement was him killing VP
the worst part is oda showing ovens blade with blood dripping from it right after
like oopse he just nicked the skin
fucking hack
acoc blood bending
Kizaru was just doing his job (he thinks so atleast), he did not make the judgement
i interpreted judgement as just killing
Is it time for an imu profile picture
Hmm…good writing….hmmm
The judgement (judge) are the people who decided to kill him
Kizaru is the executioner
yeah^
but wouldn't that be pretty strange for him to know about imu but use actual pronouns
I am pretty sure the actual wording there isnt gendered
like oda has worked his ass of NOT to call imu a man wor woman
yeah but this was what he was going for
but its about an individual
ofc but he still GAVE his speculation after giving the truth
No
thats a bit of a fault on his part, but vegapunk just isnt that emotional of a person
yeah, that was his final conclusion, but he didnt give an opinion before that
Ok
someone in his position probably should have informed the people
It will be time when there’s more than one manga image of him
Oh you meant fan arts
but thats still part of the speech? he could've said he thinks the WG is bad regardless during his speculation
Well I suppose
the end of an era for muk
if he didn't then thats genuinely suspect as fuck
The Vin era may be coming to a close
because again it isn't just VP writing it but oda using this as a venue to relay info to the inuniverse cast AND us
there's zero purpose in voiding that info
its the only part that is actually his view, before it he makes clear that he's only stating the facts
i know this, im saying he could've given his opinion on the WG
but he didn't
yea he was choosing not to, on purpose
i feel like theres quite a lot of facts he couldve used to show the WG is bad too
yeah this really isnt difficult
he knows about the genocide of countless races
its not necessarily about the WG as we know it, he's specifically referring to Imu and 20 kingdoms alliance that existed in the past
but that's my point, what is the purpose from oda's end of separating it
I imagine he didnt know enough about them, thats all
again, fraction of the information only
- Sound Design: Naofumi Jinbo (Bisei) - NEW
- Sound Effects: Ryuuta Nakahara (Swara Pro) - NEW
because does it not seem sus as hell that the ancient kingdom was effectively the WG of the past
and the 20 kings allied against a threat they percieved
I’m in need of a new Gunko pfp but good ones are hard to find
Wait is sengoku a celestial dragon or is his name just saint
thats far from a easy task and something they'd have to be damn confident in
what this
Toei Piece main staff
and something really important to point out is how oda portrays generational morality in the one piece world, specifically in wano
kozuki is complete scum
no clue but they're not the usual ones
in the current era they're not, but that doesnt speak for their past actions
i.e. not the usual DBZ sound effects
allowing for the genocide of a entire family because one member attempted to murder them?
allowing for the crucifixtion of other races
its kinda funny how modern op animation is so good and then you're just completely taken back by hearing the same sound effects for everything
like it cannot be that costly compared to animation
and in general really really backwards views
it would make sense why orochi would want revenge
the problem is how far he went once he got that power
oh and i forgot one other fucked thing the kozuki did
Zuniesha 💀
literally you got the remaining Kurozumi members being hunted by lynch gangs because of a past attempt of something out of their hands
no shit Orochi wanted to curse kozuki
kozuki is fuuuuucked
enslaving zuniesha for 800 years 🥀
I disagree
I doubt VP knows about Imu
that could be neat.
I hate Pound, ugly ass character
I thought Vegapunk was talking about Joyboy there.
bro the minks make me giggle too a bit cause of the shower thing being a blessing which fair to say it is for the sake of filtration
but damn zunesha’s just showering
yeah me too
I don't think that Vegapunk knew about Imu either.
dang is that the only reason 😭😭😭
yes
dope dad you can’t deny that
Bege better
that doesnt even make sense, he's talking about his murderers
specifically, the man who passed the judgement upon him
arsal do you think elbaf will fail
i was glad AND pissed he was alive just cause of that panel there’s no survival on that at all yet he made it out
oh yeah based
I'll need to reread the Vegapunk message in it's entirety, haven't done so since weekly.
yeah me too
ofc
When u look at it don't ussopp and imu got matching fits??? 👀 Ussopp n 3?
Only the pants.
I do wonder about that actually, if Imu got into an Elbaf like fit on purpose
I mean if Luffy can change his outfit
so can Imu
I think this is how Imu looked back then too.
thats also possible
More ancient clothing to fit from where he is from.
but he's wearing pants similar to Usopp and a belt similar to Xebec/Loki, its interesting.
does Imu use dry cleaning services? or does his shell have a self-washing mechanism?
I think one of the most interesting things is the tattoos, they look almost tribal and braile?
magic spells
Reminds me of the shandorians
yeah it reminded me of Dragon as well
are Dragon's and Imu's tattoos linked somehow?
who well, might also have a tattoo inspired by the Shandorians
It reminded me a bit of the people from the mural on Birka.
Nika has a similar belt
true true
oh true yeah
So I think its just an old belt nothing crazy
What damage do u think imu is doing?
i assumed he had some connection to elbaf since it's an elbaf belt.
I think Oda just likes those belts, lol
crazy that we'll have Imu's power reveal before Dragon
origin of steel heart?
A lot of the recent characters has had that belt now.
Very possible.
I don't feel like every Holy Knight will have a steel heart though.
It feels very fitting for Sommers specifically due to him being especially cold and cruel.
ok this is gas
Inverse of the tinman
Yeah, lol.

Red would fit like a glove, Imu being the devil and all.
Red Turtle?
Posting again but here’s a cool print I got at a con. Katakuri’s English va
You don’t care.
@lofty fern yesterday I was donating plasma and they had to document my tattoos in detail
When the doctor saw my Law tattoo, he asked me if it was Satan
He's got a point
Youss right
🐐

Looking at the abyss teleporting this chapter it looks like it turns you into lightning or something and you travel to your destination
And that’s how Nami/Zeus sensed Imu because it seemed to swell more than normal
I looked back at the Gorosei appearing in the anime and it seems like they come from the clouds too
don’t they come from the circles
If the circle is destroyed, what will happen to the knights and imu?
they will make another
Do they get stuck in Elbaf or return automatically to Marie Jois
The circle is like a conduit
Can they just make it like that
i guess so
It's pretty easy to notice a giant black lightning smoke cloud striking down, to be fair.
Coupled with the conquerors haki as well.
how can you destroy a circle
destroy the land on which the circle is
Can you not just break the ground it’s on
In the anime the gorosei came from the circles on the ground
Yea but it’s not as noticeable as this chapter where Oda literally makes it look like Imu is traveling through the clouds
They came from the sky
i think it is like floating
no from the circle on gound same as in manga
Their body just went to where the circles were
incredible
yes
Arsal whars a website to watch op anime for free
Literally shoots out from the ground
It’s coming from down the sky they’re connected to the cloud
Guys please help
This is the first time we've seen the pentagram be in the sky at least.
I wanna watch the anime for free
idk
Get your eyes checked
Search on google "Free anime HD without ads"
Ok
Someone send a photo of the imu pentagram
The bolts are shooting from the sky to the circle
are u guys excited for the next batch of episodes
Ok fair
The circle itself seems to act like a conduit or something
It's literally making a border for where Imu is going to arrive.
As Imu appears in the middle.
Meek its on netflix if you have family with that
5 black towers surrounding the sixth.
Yea and the fact the clouds are swelling
It’s like it’s pumping the energy
No but i wanna pirate it because i wanna watch pokemon gen4/gen5/gen6.
This looks different to how Gorosei spawn at the site of lightning pillars, Imu is at the centre with no connection to the sky
This question was just a method to get a link
So i can not actually watch op
Please toct
Rift
Yeah Imu's pentagram is in the sky while the others are on the ground, I guess the devil descends while the demons ascend.
It's probably a slight reference to god descending from heaven.
Just satanic.
So if Imu has a fruit and can’t cast domi reversi on DF users - how come it’s controlling Gorosei with other fruits?
Idk any methods besides nyaa
Also it doesn't seem to be connected to any clouds here, it's literally striking from above the clouds.
That itself is shooting down from the sky as well
Whats nyaa
R u a cat mf
Website
Yeah but there's an empty spot where it descends from.
!norp
he can control gorosei due to the pact he has with them, and second probably what the gorosei have aren't fruits
It's like the sky is opening itself to make an entrance for Imu to descend.
Gorosei all look and behave like Zoan users, what’s your reason to say they don’t have fruits
Also they describe it as "black smoke" not lightning
No that part is smoke
The lightning is the conquerors haki.
almost all the time when oda presented the power of a character oda just put fruit whatever but in gorosei case he only put the name of the power and nothing else
furthermore, we now there are 3 pacts levels and the third one is unknown and has to be stronger than the second one so the third may give you a yokai ability
Seems like Imu is the literal devil which gives out devil fruit like abilities.
i wonder if another really old character will show up with 'Ability: Haki'
Probably someone from the first world.
The first character to ever be born or something.
First one with willpower.
Yoru might have been the first sword, given it's the strongest black blade and all that.
Maybe it is from the first world or something.
I think the lore for Yoru will go pretty deep, it's certainly not an ordinary sword at least.
It has such a unique design too, we've not seen anything like it outside of the humandrill which had a similair sword.
Ability: Cook
Ability: Swordsman

Depends on what the original word in the raws is I guess bc nouryokusha (people with abilities) is whats used commonly to refer to fruit users
Maybe it's the origin to all fruits.
Either he ate the OG fruit or he got possessed by the creator of the DFs
welcome to hell
now just all you have to do is become a vgc player
i thought he could be the god of earth or forest but he's staight up the devil
that makes me doubt if imu is only alive from the void century
or that devil fruits were created in first world
Maybe the devil reincarnated itself from the first world into the second world using Nerona Imu as the host.
I think that would be an interesting plot point the first world as well, if the devil has been there all along as a sort of primordial evil of chaos and oppression, it's just taken different forms throughout all of the eras.
may be
honestly what oda has done is dangerous
cause at this point everyone wants to see the first world
and i don't see he having the time for that
In the first world for example, then the devil would be the "earth god" who unleashed the hellfire serpent.
vinsmoke romeo
I'm sure we'll get some parts of all the eras.
At least the main 3
Nika, Joyboy and Luffy
4 if we count Roger
we'll get something for sire but the big flashback has to be the void one and the problem is that he is making the first as interesting as the second, at least in my opinion
so we'll see but i don't think we'll get enough
I think the void century flashback could start all the way back in the first world
and lead up into the second world.
It would be a long ass flashback, but the lore drops would be insane.
can deny that would be peak but i think its better to have them separated to have focus on each one like i prefer a 30 chapter void century flashback than a 30 chap void century + first world
Needs its own arc tbr
and 2 big flashback in a span of 6 or 7 years is almost imposible so we'll have to sacrifice the first one
say that again
that again
I don't think the first world needs to be a separate flashback really, it will be part of the void century flashback
Yeah the VC flashback is just going to cover pretty much all of it is my thought process
Longest flashback in OP?
The way I imagine it, there'll be a moment in the void century flashback that mirrors the present day finding of the One Piece, kicking off a flashback within the flashback
Yes
Definitely
Will imu have a sad backstory
depend of how he does it, if its more like a story telling part i can see it but if there is focus in nika as a character and not as a figure i don't see it at all
Yes
Oda cant help himself
I'm not quite sure what that could be exactly, but the idea would be for it to represent the moment where the Void Century characters figure out the history the same way
I wish people made more Lunarian Oc
Imu told joyboy he had a crush on lily and took her away from him
My favorite oc
A deeper dive with Nika as the main character can be saved for the final war if Imu really has existed since then
Why do you keep making mu suffer
Joy boy reveal end of arc
But a smaller history reveal flashback for the first world can be easily incorporated into the void century one
No way
I wonder if Imu will ever have any Genuine defenders
People said the same about Rocks and Imu 🤷♂️
if imu has a sad backstory about being a slave that rises up and gets freed im gonna lose it completely
Like doffy
Joy boy face reveal through Imu flashback
Yeah but I'm the one saying it about Joyboy smh
No
Joyboy will br kept secret until the flashback
I’m joy boy
yes im sure we'll get chapters of the first world but i think it will be a storytelling part i don't see oda developing nika as a character as well as a whole plot for that, i can see like a resume
ever since the reversi game thing I have wanted Imu to be like a certain os villain
We're not getting a flashback from Imu, we'll however get him talking about the past and we're getting a best look so far at Joyboy
Do you think we are getting an Imu flashback soon?
Maybe
I’m talking about a remembrance
the one with a big focus as a a character will be joyboy
I think joyboy is revealed in lodestar
Do people even make one piece OCs
Imus flashback is going to be the VC one
I haven’t seen any in a while
If we get a quick one panel thing the most we get is a Shiloutte
Bandai please make a one piece xenoverse game
oh i have some sites for you
Bonney going to come in a one tap imu guys don’t worry
I’m not going on tumblr
Even then we wont get a reveal
But like seriously why has she just been sidelined on this entire arc?
Watch it
vinsmoke romeo
All over Pinterest
Nvm bro
Tumblr users have said the same thing about discord its actually insane both have these weird perceptions of each other
You guys all suck
Yeah, like I said, if he intends to do a full character flashback, that'll be more difficult to pull off. I can see him saving it for later
discord is known as the degen reddit sequel and tumblr is well tumblr
i don’t make any type of ocs i wouldn’t know
Algum Br???
This damn website dude
that’s the only one i heard of
Yeah I’m switching up
Let’s keep one piece character designs to Oda and Oda alone
I don’t wanna see OCs anymore
NOOOOO WHAT HAPPENED WITH DONK E. KONG
Why are they all red bro
Esposito 💔💔
There almost all wearing the same thing
Rocks and GV in Elbaph
“Too early”
Imu reveal in Elbaph
“Too early”
Joy boy reveal end of Elbaph
Everyone keeps saying too early when apparently Elbaph is the perfect time
FUUUUUUUUUCK
His ass does not belong in one piece
YOOOOOO
Why’s your name still Loki cloud logia
the nidhogg is a switch up like the gomu gomu was 🙂
DUDE
Coping final boss
????????????????????
I feel like Elbaf is gonna end really bad compared to egghead
vários mas esse servidor tem que falar inglês ou você é banido 🙂
Bad as in oda sucks or bad as in something bad happens
actually shook that donk e kong had the cloud logia all this time and i never noticed
goats think alike
oh yeah the chapter title for this sucked
My theory is
︀︀Caribou is a nerona and he's Imu's son, he's Cavendish's brother and Mihawk is their sister. Because they all have circle eyes
Quoting BlueLeg🔥🇵🇸 (@Khaled71697)
︀
I have a theory, Cavendish is a Nerona and Imu's son since they are both royalty and have ringed eyes
Truth nuke
would be funny if one day the title is literally "usopp dies"
mihawk is their sister
I feel like a lot of characters have ringed eyes
Oh no
Or am I wrong
Yea
yall liked the chapter?
Yeah I liked it
Hell yeah
Cavendish (when the night terror is awake)
Caribou
Zunesha
Robin(?)
Big mom
https://x.com/myglobalbun/status/2040467645699330500?s=46
this is a funny observation lol
Robin did that once and never again
Sbs question incoming
Imu was a kind hearted and noble king of Marijoa
It’s valid to wonder if they’re connected
Probably not
Imu got a crazy amount of shooters since the form reveal
“Nerona imu was a saint, you hear me? A SAINT!”
god imu gearing up and leaving the holy land to kill the evil nika and nidhogg
The fandom is really unimaginative these days
All the things we’ve seen
And learned
Yes
Ring eyes= 2 souls awake at the same time
“There’s a reason some people have ringed eyes” is far from a bad premise
Yeah didnt Cavendish’s become ringed specifically when he and Hakuba were active
Yea
so true. that's why we throw out OS warnings left and right
They both aligned and bam
Very true
and making it feel like the most evil people we know in this world have a sense of humanity in their expressions, when the entire point of them being in their positions is trying to shed their humanity

i do
