It's written in such a way where it can be read as both. The chapter title was written entirely in hiragana, giving it a childish voice to it. It's also written in the same structure as the titles of Chapter 1142 (The things I'm scared of) which is a reference to the child's nightmares. This is clearly meant to be read as what the children think of as the strongest things in the world, naturally, they'd think of the dragon and Nika as the strongest things in the world, but given the context of the chapter, they could just as plausibly think of their parent's love as the strongest thing in the world.

Yeah, yeah because something something they hold off the adventure but that is probably a issue of people misinterpreting Oda (Not accusing you of course). I took it as him really vauling mothers motherhood and portraying them as heroes (Almost every single mother we've seen minus very obvious fringe exceptions have filled these roles and offered a lot of qualities that made them heroic). And those values unfortunately do end up with them perishing and that fills that whole "anti-adventure" hole but I don't think its done out of malice, its actually driving home the value of the dynamic. Im not an Odatologist and I wonder if anyone can sort of proofread but I heard Oda was swayed a bit with this sentiment given he has been experienced WW2/WW1 accounts from people and sons not coming back from war and how Mother's didn't want their sons who wanted to go to war due to these circumstances, and how that might detract from the main flow of adventure this story wants to tell, but it never subtracted from the adventure and Oda is a very amazing writer when it comes to establishing and redefining Motherhood in the story
