Sorry for replying late, but I just read your theory. I must say it is persuasive and we'll written, I can't really completely dismiss the idea of Rockstar being a spy, but I still do not believe that he is one.

Firstly I wanna say that I completely agree with the notion that Rockstar carries a more vital role than we think he does. Logically I wouldn't think of Shanks sending a newbie of all people to go and deliver his messages, but Shanks seems to have enough trust in him, and the feeling seems to be mutual implying Rockstars respect and admiration to his captain.

From my point of view Rockstar respects Shanks, and Shanks trusts him enough to basically be his errand boy. The nature of their relationship is what makes me believe that Rockstar isn't really a spy, but he could just be a really good actor at the end of the day.

If he was a traitor though that might explain why Blackbeard didn't end up on Wano. Maybe Rockstar give him a heads up. Idk the idea is warming up to me but I still don't believe Rockstar is a spy.

Bulliene the character was originally supposed to be a Garchomp fish woman, yes.
The one that is played in the D&D campaign is a half-fish woman, of what is termed a “beach shark”, as Garchomp don’t exist in one piece for this campaign
