With HK however the moment someone with their weakness shows up(Coc users) they fold immediately. You can make the argument that well obviously people who can use Acoc are strong. But aside from just that it shows that the HK are just weak without Imu's protection. And that's deliberate on Oda's part. They are full of themselves and lack the battle experience pirates like Roger and Rocks had.
