Everything just happened in front of his eyes and his dreams blinded him. It’s a sad thing and that’s what I like about him

It all depends on how Oda handles which one who has a chance to come back and have a major role in the final saga, like if Kidd comes back then he most likely will have a role but if he is dead then that’s it. Law on other hand the fact that Oda goes out of his way to have Bepo save him and escape from Blackbeard definitely makes it clear that Law’s story isn’t over yet.

As for SWORD while I am not saying he is joining them I do think we may have some sort of alliance at some point especially when in most of post time skip Law seemed to interact with every good marine character that will obviously have a role in final saga especially Koby and X Drake who are part of SWORD and now currently are meeting with Smoker and Tashigi who themselves also allied with Law in the past too plus it helps that the man who saved Law’s life was also a marine too so that checks out as well.
