Law’s just a tricky character for me as far as end game stuff goes. I don’t necessarily care enough for him to want to see him get tacked onto what’ll arguably be the most important moment in the series. Like, not every side character with big ambitions is going to achieve their goals but since we essentially view Law as a main character we move under the pretense that he’ll absolutely be achieving his goal. Except it’ll never be on his terms, so the achievement will ultimately be undervalued regardless. I guess him joining up for the trip to Laughtale is the most satisfying way to go about things, depending on the eye of the beholder
