When I said connection I meant not Nami directly connected to a specific person but rather something that is relevant to her character

If anything I think it’s more possible for Nami to be a Birkan rather than celestial dragon cause how she is always had connections with that race with her being in the center of Skypiea arc and how she was trained in Weatheria who one of the residents is a Birkan, plus Birkan seemed to be connected with weather itself as we seen with Enel through his fruit and Harades being knowledgeable.

And to me that would explain why Nami was special that she can sense weather imo.
