The name "Mosa"? a reference to Roger referring to Neptune's yet to be born daughter as shaggy or "moja moja", which in essence was the same as Mosa in Japanese. The personality? that fit Shirahoshi as well, very timid and shy. We also assumed that Shirahoshi stating that Vander Decken is not her type means that she does have a type, and then recently Oda teased it in a SBS too. We also assumed that the two sovereigns could indeed be Loki and Shirahoshi. We also recently learnt of a giant group of shipwrights, Galley-La after the seakings under Shirahoshi's command said that they need to find a certain group of shipwrights to repair Noah, we also assumed that Loki will be involved in helping Shirahoshi with that. But the idea is that in the start of Chapter 2, Luffy's mom was the one who created that vortex that swallowed up Luffy. A vortex that doesn't belong in a sea as calm as East Blue, that only could have been created on purpose, and its the trademark of the Burn Scar man, I believe that was Luffy's mom sending him off. The other big part of the theory is Burn Scar's ship, there are only 2 pitch black ships out there and one belongs to Dragon, and the other belongs to Burn Scar, so a connection feels natural to me. Maybe Luffy's mom got her ship from his dad. There's more to it, someone reposted it on Twitter and added onto it even lol, I can link it if you're curious.
