I do think the Gorosei will look more impressive as individual combatants once they get proper fights and attention. They're more of a looming threat device in Egghead that represents the dire situation rather than characters with real individuality. That happens pretty frequently I feel. So like when zoro fights nusjuro or whatever, and sanji fights whichever of them he ends up fighting, i'm sure they'll look more competent
