Rocks didn't seem all that torn up about his family or even really any conflict, so hard to say there. His ambition definitely came first though, at least until Eris and Teach. As for Roger and his crew? Highly doubt it. They seem to be having the time of their lives. They are going to end up getting the best outcome out of everyone after this is over.

Well for one, Rocks deemed a cursed attack would be useful against Imu, and Rocks, out of the group, extremely likely-ly has the most knowledge on Imu. Loki's epithet is based off of him being born as a curse. The incarnation of what Rocks thinks would be effective against Imu is probably going to resist the Domi Reversi tactic alone.

Loki has 1 of the 2 DFs Rocks was looking for. If Rocks' mission was to become the king of the world and he needed Harald to eat a fruit in doing so, Loki is basically the 2nd best option if not the 1st .

Loki also shares 2/3 of the traits the Domi Reversi'd creatures have. Harald had 1/3 (only the horns) and popular belief says he was able to partially fight off Domi Reversi from happening, Loki being a more demon-like creature (more than half) could prevent him being turned even more. All he's missing is fangs/teeth which he may be able to get from his fruit alone. And these features suggest you can't really Domi Reversi someone who's already a demon.

Loki believes he's Nika and possesses a fruit the same tier (Legendary) as Luffy's. This, to me, means whatever reason Luffy is immune to Domi Reversi for, Loki is too because their presumed fruits are described similarly.
