I think Logia awakenings could go either way: Intensifies the element or changing environment. Colder Ice, Thicker Magma, Hotter Fire or Punk Hazard but I don’t know how intensifying the element would work since you could probably control the extent of an element like how ace could light Sanjis cigarette while also being able to burn paper to a crisp

I think the Logia Awakening is some type of suicide attack or transformation. Like become the element of the fruit itself for some time and be a lot stronger after that. But after the time limit kicks in, you become the element and only the element, without consciousness
