Shuron shared a theory where Sanji is the opposite of Zoro and he's been taping into the observation killer motive. Basically, the reason why he's so stealthy is because instead of forcing out his haki fully like Zoro he does the opposite.

Then theres all the lore stuff like Shandora fighting a great enemy in the past, Oda expanding more on the true history, the parallels between Enel and Imu, or the clear direct parallels Oda draws between the main goal of the story the One Piece and Skypiea as these mythological things worth adventuring for. Like all that feels integral enough to have been one of Oda's first two Grandline arcs all along.

Luffy will join in as the Whitebeard equivalent and actually properly succeed in saving a loved one this time, unlike Marineford where he was just an ant in the storm and could not do much about Ace's death as much as he tried. Koby is gonna be part of a Marine group trying to prevent the execution at the same time.
