Luffy ringing the bell, Noland's descendant hearing the bell, the war ending and even enel actually managing to destroy the sky island and get away. I don't get why people hate this arc||

From my observation, people seem to dislike it because they find it slower than other arcs and kind of detached from the story at the beginning of it, but imo, skypiea is the embodiment of one piece. Luffy learns about something so outlandish that people keep calling a lie, which only pushes him more. It’s an adventure, just what luffy had set out to do from chapter 1. Hell, even chapter one is titled “romance dawn - the dawn of adventures”. ||
