He can use all kinds of Haki by his will, mastering G2, and G3, and also creating some new techniques. That and in One Piece the world is actually move forward even when the Protagonist is absence. Blackbeard becomes Emperor, Akainu fights against Aokiji, New Warlords Members, etc. Meanwhile in Naruto nothing happened between the TS. Everything Is peaceful, Even Deidara only attacks Gaara after Naruto comes back lmao. Like, where is you in the past 2 years?? Why waiting the MC to come back before doing your job?
