We've seen Crocodile try to take over a nation in the Alabasta arc, and we've seen what Doflamingo did in Dressrosa, the system is flawed in that while they would do the dirty work of the government, they also end up being left to do their own dirty work without any Marines getting involved to stop them. Plus with Cobra and Riku Doldo III arguing against the system, it made sense to not have pirates ally with the government. The system was pretty much a double-edged sword for nobles and rulers of nations. Fujitora believed the SSG will do the job the Shichibukai does better.||

So the amount of haki Enma drew out of Zoro in 955 I believe, would've killed a regular swordsman. He's training his haki to make better use of Enma rn. Law, we've seen him in 954 do something with Hawkins and Drake (if you noticed the boots) was involved in that. Maybe Law is recruiting Hawkins to help them take down Kaido, rather than fight for Kaido. As for Kid, you'll find out soon.||

How the circumstances tied in together with Henzo's friends turning out to be the same Marines from the beginning of Episode 136, in which they wrote the miraculous Rainbow Mist books that are connected to the Alabasta saga subtly is unbelievable. It really showed a prime example of intense foreshadowing and impressive plotline for a filler arc. I can't wait for other unpredictable events from Oda in the anime!||
