But instead of going to Seabody to meet her crew mates, she decides to go back to Weatheria and learn more. The anime staff was tied and had to make her go back, but the way they did it was poorly executed and out of charecter||

He was also after being stuck between buildings and making it by sea train to Enies Lobby able to learn various new techniques that forced an otherwise dominant Blueno to retreat. My question is this just plot jutsu because it's "Luffy" or is there a viable reason as to how suddenly out of the blue Luffy is overpowering CP9 or at least so far Blueno who has already mastered Rokushiki Six powers.
