he's a bad asset for the leafs, but especially if they get desperate and end up paying part of his salary like 25-50% then i can see someone taking him
no one was willing to take him when he got waived because it'd be doing the leafs a massive favour and they'd barely have any time to integrate him into the team for that season plus he might have had an injury also, so doing it then vs the offseason was pretty much only going to help the leafs

in the regular seasons i've watched (didn't really watch much of the 2017-2018 regular season) campbell has had two good years
anderson in 18 and 19 was solid but besides that yeah its been okay-rough pretty much
for a good team the leafs don't really inflate goalie percentage. i mean mrazek seemed to be quality in carolina which is a better defensive team. if mrazek can even resemble being healthy for a stretch, he can be fine on a good defensive team
