yeah i'd say so

part of it is reputation another is having clear strengths and weaknesses (rim protection, finishing at the rim, screensetting, etc. as positives. inability to shoot, exploitable on the perimeter as key weaknesses)

he's known for being targeted in the playoffs in part due to pulling him out of the paint being a smart thing to do as that opens up the paint more and rudy is better on the perimeter but still not that much of a positive there and also since the jazz have a pretty bad perimeter defence with royce o'neale being the only solid perimeter defender they have
