One more thing, that may have been said as I'm just glancing, do not act tough and push through serious pain. That's a sign you're doing something wrong or you are injured. Doing that only makes things much much much worse.
I'm 38 and have degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, and lots of other issues. All because I thought I was being tough pushing through pain. Don't end up like me. Doctor says my xrays look like I'm 70.
