The thing is, has he ever been the prime problem of those teams? PG did not show up in those OKC series, he got stonewalled in the Lakers series playing alongside Harden who didn’t even wanna be there and was the architect of a crazy good run with the Wizards to even make the playoffs with a very subpar roster
