Valverde, Setien and Koeman all had experience. A good coach is a good coach. In fact you can say that even after having experience of top flight Laliga, Setien still crumbled under the pressure of being at Barca. Maybe because experience should be less of our worries when choosing a coach, and more of their mentality, tactical choices and attitude should be considered
Xavi has everything which I consider to be a good coach at Barca, and after suffering in the past 4 years, why not take a high reward gamble rather than hiring some bum who managed some midtable club in Europe once just because of experience
