#Titans take Virginia Tech CB Caleb Farley at No 22. The back surgeries are a serious concern for teams. If the medicals check out ... this is stealing at No. 22.
107
Nah back injuries in a rookie very rarely work out.
risky
this a steal if he healthy
Big if
Think Minny has to go O-line here
they gotta stop showing the fans
If a team picks Rousseau, it'll be such a waste
they dont know these names
Got to watch that draft steam lmao tmrw
why is he just standing there lmao
Darrisaw still on the board?
Who's standing?
Feel like quite a few teams are going to get a medical surprise.
farley
Leatherwood wasn’t surprised he went 17th. Said Raiders haven’t told him where he’s playing yet. (He also played a little guard at Alabama.)
Oh
they just showed him standing in his room
Think he got Covid
ah
Taking precautions against it
Pretending he's by himself I guess.
Mac tweeted this in 2019. I'm all in on this kid https://t.co/g2HOZTJq3k
Yeah, called it.
Great pick for them
Steelers on the clock.
Prepare for salt.
Harris please
Draft a QB cowards.
where's the stream link?
I still can't get over it. NYG: Edge rushers? Nah, let's get more wide outs.
oh boy
Just gonna put this here.

This will be fun
Prepare for Yinzer salt

salt
Ahhahhaah
They really did it
yall big steelers fans?
There was one here
Loooooooooollllllll
They should have taken O-line, absolute morons
The madmen did it.
they did it?
The bama trio gone now
Look at that salt
UrinatingTree raging is probably the best thing ever.
I am also drinking with a Steelers fan
Maybe other than his laugh
In my circle (including me(
Niners fan
2 jets fans
1 cowboys fan
1 Steelers fan
1 giants fan
u a big steelers fan, balkan?
giants?
niners
Niners
hows that class
Because juba convinced me
damn, UT having flashbacks
Fuck im wasted
Good RB at least. Still a bad pick.
9ers got Jimmy. Respect
Poor mendenhall
well they needed a rb
I'm Rashard Mendenhall; I fumbled the football!
so i guess
In round 1 though
They needed oline more though

damn, this was a domino effect. cardinals would have taken Harris. Thank goodness they didn't since we got this salt, LOL
Look i'm a Chiefs fan so I can't throw stones from my glass house.
Seriously, he sounds like me when we drafted OJ Howard.
ur a chiefs and a nets fan?
Now it can be told: After acquiring Teddy Bridgewater yesterday, Paton cooled on QBs for No. 9 pick. Didn't give up on Drew Lock's potential. Bridgewater a leader/ mentor for still young offense.
Should be a true QB competition in OTAs, training camp and preseason. #9sports
286
hmm jags
Nick Foles Mitch Trubisky Part 2?
barmore, moehrig or maybe someone else
Barmore had issues come out
Yeah... I live in the UK. Picked the Nets cause Dinwiddie went super sayian against the Rockets once. The Chiefs were because they were playing my sisters team.
A reunion coming
I think the Jags get Trevon Moehrig here.
Clemson Tigers
Stillers draft a running back. So who's going to block for him?
Travis Etienne
oh damn they really did it
Reunited
had considered that before draft but thought they go elsewhere
Etienne? Why? You were good at RB already, Jax,
wait
Running Backs feasting tonight.
Took him so Trevor would have a friend.
Could the Browns get Elijah Moore here?
Rashod Bateman?
Greg Newsome II?
Defense
Newsome
Yep. They needed secondary help.
nice
Ravens up
Has to be a pass rusher or RT
Goodell, this sounds so bad
Okay, They have to get Elijah Moore here.
forced
I'm still reeling from that Jags pick tbh.
Etienne pick was clearly made to get people talking.
That was forced
Then they turn around the next year and take an RB R1
Changing of the guard. Meyer probably played a factor
Paid off by big Roger to take him.
He’s getting cute thinking this is college where you need multiple RBs
You could also argue that teams want 2 RBs sets. If The Bucs with ROJO and Fournette say anything..
Bills wanted Etienne bad. Got jumped
Yeah but that's a luxury. Not something a team that went 1-15 should be going after.
Yeah, you don't do that in the first round though. Very stupid.
Receiver for Ravens>
Nah they got Sammy "GOAT" Watkins.
get bateman
Ravens have to go RT and OLB tonight
It's gonna be either Elijah Moore or Jenkins.
BATEMAN
let's goooooo
knew it
much needed
great pick
Ravens needed wide receiver help badly
Ravens needed weapons.
They also have a second first round pick.
yah #31
Jenkins might be there.
That was many of the reasons the Ravens couldn't beat the Bills last year.
Yeah but that means they’re kicking the fan on one of those positions I mentioned
Which I believe were much more important to fill than WR
Trade might be coming.
Make or break season for Lamar either way I think.
Who do the Saints get here?
I’d say JOK or Samuel Jr
Moore's still on the board. Maybe to replace Sanders.
oop saints
Could even see one of the Georgia CBs
yep lol
Payton Turner.
expected him in 2nd
This is the guy they're replacing Trey Hendrickson with?
Apparently, they were really high on him.
good pick
Urban says he sees J-Rob, Carlos Hyde as the 1-2 punch, Etienne as a third-down back.
“We wanna be Top-8 in the league... and with James Robinson, Hyde and Etienne, we think we’re there”
#Jaguars
Pack need a receiver here.
Aaron Rodgers rn:
Another DB to be burned by Scotty "Scooter" Miller.
damn it, had it muted for the reaction
damn it
Only picture I got of packers fans
Bro a 2 year QB has more say over his team than a HOF, multiple MVP award, top 5 of all time QB.
“Packers select CB Eric Stokes with the 29th pick”
Aaron Rodgers: https://t.co/569tOiVar3
167
702
who’s the 2Yr qb
Burrow has more influence on his team than Rodgers.
o lol
Mac Jones probably has more influence.
It's not even a bad pick but like at least pretend you give a fuck about your HOF QB.
pick is in
Yeah, you don't just get to have a generational talent at QB any day. And you're deciding to piss him off.
Rodgers is gone for sure
interesting pick..
Not a bad pick.

The bills fan was like oh okay then
Tree still raging at the Steelers pick.
Lance has the better upside.
Lance is the bigger boom or bust prospect
I'd say so, yeah
Yeah. Allen took a few years to get to beast mode.
I’m more a fan of Fields personally but Lance’s upside is insane and he doesn’t need to immediately start, so he can sit and learn
can't lie this was my first draft and i had alot of fun watching it
im also relatively wasted but still
We did well balkan
It’s fun stuff
didn't pick mac
People thought I was crazy having a heart on for Josh Allen. And now I can laugh at all the Giant fans I know.
Yeah, this was really interesting
whats the issue w mac
You don't trade up to take Mac.
Weak arm and unathletic
we just know who he is
not athletic enough?
you don't sit mac for a year
and he wouldn't really extend our window like lance would if he panned out
He’s a good decision maker but Fields and Lance are just so much better prospects
so logically, we play Jimmy G this season and Lance learns from him? maybe starts a game or two?
rookie qb contracts are valuable.
yeah
I would say his arm strength.
Yeah same it’s my first draft
Mac isn't the most mobile. And he doesn't have the arm to make up for it.
ravens
and its to my understanding that this is an era where a mobile QB is very important
yes. It become very important.
BB is a good coach to be under though. Honestly think him falling to the Pats will help him and at the end of the day college play doesn't always translate to the NFL.
Kyle has had a hard on for a mobile QB since like
half way through last year
he really wants one, you can tell
Josh Allen probably pushed him over.
It’s help a lot, you can easily win with a pocket passer but you can be significantly more creative with a mobile QB
with QBs currenty playing, whos a good example of a mobile QB?
Please when a play breaks down and your QB has to scramble mobile QBs can buy time for guys to get open or run themselves
Lamar Jackson
Lamar
Russell Wilson
sorry im so uninitiated with nfl :(
Pat Mahomes
was gonna say, does Mahomes count
Josh Allen
Lamar but everyone wants to hit on the next Mahomes really.
Kyler Murray
there we go
In my 16 years of being a football fan. I've only had a heart on for 3 guys. Adrian Peterson, Aaron Donald, and Josh Allen.
Bucaneers are up
Who do you want?
Same with you Buc
A couple teams told me that it would get their attention if the Ravens passed on Alabama DT Christian Barmore, given Baltimore's connections in Tuscaloosa and the question marks Barmore's carrying.
They've now passed on him twice.
i look forward to this nfl season as a "virgin" to the league
pardon my appearance if i have alot of questions
Joe Tryon. Yes
my jets friends were happy
No Jenkins...
worth mentioning i guess?
Cinci can get Jenkins.
some good guys left i expected in r1. tmw will be good
Moehrig, Jenkins, Holland, Moore.
Still a ton of good players left.
Asante Samuel Jr.
Among the players available for tomorrow:
WR Elijah Moore
LB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah
S Trevon Moehrig
CB Asante Samuel Jr.
DT Christian Barmore
OT Teven Jenkins
DE Azeez Ojulari
OL Landon Dickerson
RB Javonte Williams
DT Levi Onwuzurike
TE Pat Freiermuth
WR Terrace Marshall
did Mac Jones deserve falling so far?
I can't believe Moore and Jenkins dropped to the 2nd round.
azeez must be cuz medical but man he'll be a steal
Fields, no.
Fields should not have fallen that far.
Jones went a little higher than expected.
higher? wow. I was hearing top 5 for Jones
There's a lot of concerns with Fields. His decision making is his biggest problem.
that was just the media speculating.
Fields has issues but he's still better than Drew Lock.
Panthers passed on Fields as well.
Yeah, IDK what the hell the Broncos were doing.
Ojulari's knees must be a real issue.
yeah could be it
Medicals are all messed up this draft season cause of Covid aren't they?
Surprised JOK slipped
Fields has to start for the Bears though. They say you learn the most when actually playing.
Yea and dalton sucks
Dalton's playing three games max.
Dalton is the new Bradford.
Dalton going to get done like Tyrod did.
Mike Glennon 2.0
Benching your young QB for their first year never works. You've seen it the last 5 years that it doesn't work.
Mahomes?
Alex Smith was still the starter. I'm talking about actively signing a QB just to block the young QB.
oh
Look at Tyrod Taylor. They tried it with Baker and they tried it with Herbert.
Even if in the case of Mahomes. If the Chiefs weren't looking at the SB that year Mahomes would've started.
Bears issue is going to be they still have Nagy as HC.
Being on the Bears is a pandemic in it's own right.
The play calling didn't help. Even with Trubisky being ass.
Remember when Nagy was suppose to be this great next offensive guru?
Trubisky's best attribute coming out of college was his legs. And for some reason, Trubisky never wanted to use it.
The biggest reason why Trubisky failed is because of his decision making on the fly,
So question to my longtime NFL boys
Was this a particularly chaotic/good draft
Chaotic is a word to put it.
chaotic, yes
ye
Niners build up doesn't usually happen. People have an idea of who they'd pick for qbs.
The Raiders reaching for a tackle made my day though.
It's always a player from a blue blood school. Clemson, Alabama, Ohio State.
Makes me glad we didn't hire him in 2018.
Damn, Gruden.
Bucs GM Jason Licht says first-round pick Joe Tryon is "big, athletic, plays very hard." Can't have enough edge rushers, he says. "We feel like we got great value there. We're actually very excited there."
felt like a luxury pick.
It's nice to have another edge rusher right of Shaq.
Who was the worst pick/most memey in the first round?
Reaching and the Raiders. An iconic duo lately.
Nothing too out of the ordinary to be honest.
All the players were projected 1st round picks or 2nd at worst.. No significant reaches.
You sure Jon Gruden didn't eat the Gum Gum Fruit?
Honestly that Jags RB pick was bad. Like they have so many more holes.
Heard the jags only made that pick BC they played together in uni
Yea but they need to sell gear to their clemson fans
Yeah. That was probably the main reason
This is a great marketing strategy
It was a pick to make noise.
Shad khan does it again
Jacksonville is gonna be so happy...
Until they realize Khan wants his team to play more London games.
Still think the bengals shoulda protected burrow
They could get Jenkins tomorrow
They probably will
Or Liam E.
Mayock said Raiders knew pick was controversial. Said Leatherwood was a fit who started 41 games at Alabama. “He is going to start for us at right tackle Day 1.”
Nah people should just not draft anymore OL please.
#Bears GM Ryan Pace to reporters tonight: "Andy Dalton is our starter. We are going to have a really good plan in place to develop Justin Fields."
Typical Bears BS.
Might just be smoke to not piss off Dalton or something
so glad the 49ers didn't take mac jones
<Bears
<A plan
idk the rumours
Shanahan likes that type of qb
Why though? Who the hell cares what Dalton has to say? He has as much power as Buggy in Gold D. Roger's crew.
also yeah people saying shanahan likes a guy like mac jones
true.
So a lot.

For real though. I give Dalton like max 4 games.
Always like that. It's like benching your rookie QB year one is fucking useless.
Desperation move as well
#Packers GM Brian Gutekunst says he thinks Aaron Rodgers will play for GB again and that's the goal. "He's our quarterback. He's our leader. We've been working through this for a little while now. I just think it might take some time. But he's the guy that makes this thing go."
Bears taking a bullet so the Pats don't get Fields.
Sounds like they need marriage counselling.
Complete contradiction though to make desperate moves only to be conservative asses having Dalton play day one. That will get people talking about Da Bears.
It's what they do.
Speaking of that. The schedules are coming. I swear if I see 3-4 primetime games with the Bears. I will go UrinatingTree rage.
Ty for answering all my Q's
Mental how many viewers the draft has. Impressive honestly
Bears are going to get 5.
3 minimum
I feel like that one guy who was complaining about seeing Among Us everywhere. STOP POSTING ABOUT THE BEARS! I'M TIRED OF SEEING THEM!
feel like you're the type of guy to get annoyed at the word sus as well.
Da bears
Nah. lol
ha
GM Ryan Pace had multiple plans in place &communication started w/Giants this morning. “I think we provide a great situation. Matt(Nagy) has spoken to Andy Dalton tonight. That communication and clarity is very important for us. Andy(Dalton) is our starter." @WBBMNewsradio
Great, here's this "communication and collaboration" to the forefront again.
they'll just start dalton for a few games
then sit him to "test the rookie"
then just play fields the rest of the year
But Nagy and Pace are suppose to be on the hot seat this year. In theory, that's not the smartest thing to do.
Any players you want in the second round?
and that 3rd round comp pick?
I think I picked Aaron Robinson for the Bucs.
corners huh. It's a strong class for them.
Think I like Melifonwu if the more popular names go off the board
Kelvin Joseph could be a good fit for the Cards.
yeah, am aware of him from Kentucky
I don't like tay gowan
understandable
He's meh for me.
got other players higher on the list
Tomorrow is the day I look forward to
finally your Rams have some action.
Seahawks are finally there as well with three picks.
Rams love themselves some third rounds
Rams wake up tomorrow and be like "I had a dream where we drafted in the 1st round."
Steven Jackson was an idea but ever since they started contending
They’re like “nah”
Aaron Donald???
Yea he was amazing
But we picked tavon Austin too
Traded up
Round 2, pick 57
Round 3, pick 88
Round 3, pick 103
We better not trade down tomorrow but I’d understand why if they did
You want them to get a center? Humphrey or dickerson?
The Rams remembered their disaster with all the 1st round picks in the RG3 trade were like "Never again!"
Blythe is gone
I would like a center
But Stafford is a much better QB
So I’m not as worried about QB being hurried
It’s still something to address however
I too look forward to the second round.
2022 nfl draft class has some meh qbs. So it's nice to see some decent qbs this draft
Watch Kyle Trask be the best QB out of this draft in 10 years.
nah
Packers’ GM Brian Gutekunst to reporters tonight: "We're not going to trade Aaron."
487
Some top available players Friday include Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, Christian Barmore, Azeez Ojulari, Trevon Moehrig, Elijah Moore, Rondale Moore, Nico Collins, Javonte Williams, Pat Freiermuth, Nick Bolton, Baron Browning and Asante Samuel Jr.
555
Because they are going to trade Love.
love is looking more and more like an absolute waste of a pick
He was
Who?
Qb
Where was he picked/who picked him
picked in the first round last year
And had far more concerning matters at hand
Partly why Rodgers wants to leave
Justin Jefferson was picked after love right?
Oh
The packers traded up as well
All better than love
yep
i had stokes as CB14. green bay is trolling rodgers at this point, and it’s beautiful
The Packers seem like a shitshow in the making.
Here's the thing. They needed a Corner to replace King and I actually don't think it was a bad pick. It's just the optics at this point are bad for them.
Because they you know drafted a QB when they still had a HOF QB right there.
It's not a bad pick at all. But, are you trying to please your QB or not? It's like the GM doesn't know what he wants.
Who knows what they are thinking at this point.
How bad was the Bengals pick?
Chase wasn't a bad pick for them. People were just expecting them to get protection for their young QB who got hurt last season. They're lucky a lot of the OL help is still on the board.
Yeah. Burrow wanted Chase and got him.
So it's not a bad pick so much as not what people were thinking would be ideal for them
Pretty much.

how the hell did this happen
Just remembered this sequence in football.
On the first Razorback drive at the start of the third quarter, DJ Swearinger gets called for a horse-collar penalty for 15 yards. On the second play of the drive DJ gets called for a phantom helmet-to-helmet for another 15 yard penalty. Then on the third play, DJ intercepts Tyler Wilson for a Pick Six and gets an excessive celebration penalty f...
Everyone should read this
Broncos=smooth brain
out of nowhere lul
you guys see kd with 42 last night
I think Bill could have prime Brady or Rodgers and still say this at this point
Morning friends
Got a friend whose a Titans fan who is just in the dumps about Kwity going to Indy, especially since it legit the the pick right before their’s

i mean he probably wants to develop mac jones
behind newton
so yeah it makes sense to have newton as the qb
@sweet tree @restive sundial @dim ledge @honest umbra
I just found out Umtiti and Roberto each earn more than Neuer, Lewandowski, Kimmich, Robertson, Mahrez, Aguero, Rashford, Kane, Varane, Carvajal, Alaba, Gnabry, Verratti, Keylor Navas, Dybala and De Ligt
Tell you what though, completely stunned that not a single DT came off the board R1
Think that might be the first time I’ve ever seen that
Guess this DT class was viewed as poorly as rumored
On a side note
The #Panthers picked up QB Sam Darnold's fifth-year option, as GM Scott Fitterer said they would after executing the trade.
Ridiculous. I mean I get it because that's Barcelona and big wages are their nature but Jesus dude
i mean after not going qb darnold is their guy
Lmao bro
Dead weight eating into the club
Messi's four-year contract with Barcelona is worth €555 million (£491m/$674m).
His earnings amount to €138m (£112m/$167m)
maybe that's how much he makes after the wage cut
ah that says messi at 32 lol, yeah I guess this was before it was revealed
tho it's true roberto was one of the higher earners at the club, no offense to griezmann but I remember him getting a much larger contract than iniesta who was a club legend for us lol
good business by his agent
Spot on
well yeah it's good for him
if only wages were awarded on merit
This clown Willian wouldn't be eating 200k a week
yikes
madrid are offering Alaba some huge wages lol
he might not even be a starter for them
Yeah
5 year deal
Not even that good a cb honestly
Just rushing into signing him cause varane might leave
this is pre-tax
ah right, forgot he paid 50% in taxes in Spain
makes sense
some really high tax rates tho
That’s why they always end up in court 😂
lul

Concerned me for a sec since EDP is in the thumbnail
@dim kettle how you feel about the Tryon pick? I like it personally
I was glad he was still on the board. I thought the Ravens were gonna steal him from us.
It feels weird to trust Jason Licht picking but he’s done such a great job the past 3 drafts, so I have high expectations for Tryon
Even though I’m sure the kid is raw from what I’ve read he’s high character and a workaholic, perfect fit to sit behind JPP and Shaq this year and hopefully take the starting role next year
4 drafts in a row Licht has gotten good players. Even though I raged at the OJ Howard pick when it happened. We got Godwin in 2017.
Big true
Plus if OJ by some miracle can actually stay healthy this year he's set to go off imo
Although I remembered being concerned that Licht decided in that 2018 draft to get nothing but DBs. Then you look at the names and wonder how the fuck did he do that? Carlton Davis, Jordan Whitehead, Alex Cappa, ROJO
Course it's gonna suck ass trying to retain those guys after this season
But hell, if NO can make it work no reason we can't
Davis and Whitehead have to stay.
Davis was a steal.
I think that was the Vikings pick too.
Yeah Davis is a bonafide #1 CB
Doubt he'll ever become elite because of his athletic limitations but he can just plain mug receivers at the line and this past season proved he has good ball instincts
Could see him becoming the next Haden
A perennially good but never great CB, which I'd be perfectly fine with since that means he'll be cheaper to retain
I don't care how good he is. Anything is better than VH3.
Umm. This exist.
That makes sense
You can tell he's a big Seattle fan.
You can’t tell me Trey Lance is better than Justin fields.
He has better upside, personally I would have picked Fields over him but I understand why they took Lance instead
Now Chicago gets a damn steal, just hope they build around the kid cause he could really be special
I'd guess decision making would be a big one
Couple times I've noticed that Fields holds onto the ball too long waiting for a big play to open up and takes unnecessary hits
Other times I've seen him be a bit impatient with letting his receivers run their routes so he'd go straight to scrambling
Those are correctable mind you, but they are concerns
That can be taught but his talent is on par with Lawrence.
It is, but Lance has the highest upside of anyone in this class including Lawrence
So I guess that enticed Shanahan and Lynch enough to make him their guy
Also possible that Fields bombed his interviews, we wouldn't know but the chance is there
Yeah they probably gonna start him next season
Jimmy G is still probably their Day 1 starter
Lance is raw so he needs time to develop
Late round picks were weird.
Little bit
i wanted fields
I didn’t know some of the players
fields also has pretty poor pocket presence
Nah
like he sometimes gets sacked for no reason
Yeah he fucked up there against Indian like just threw the ball and it got picked
It was annoying
Personally really like Fields and think Chicago did a rare smart move
But unless they improve that O-line he's gonna fail
yeah i really like him also
also they have to develop him well
since he's more of a project qb
Still can't believe that the Jags took an RB R1
Like why?
You found a gem in Robinson as an undrafted rookie FA last year
And you just brought in Hyde to be his back up
Why bring in an RB high?
Only RB worth in R1 was Najee Harris
maybe two rbs?
But their O-line is so ass though
As is their defense
They have glaring holes on their roster and took a luxury pick
time for trevor lawrence to get killed
I can't understand that
also i'm going to be so sad if the jets ruin zach wilson
Oddly enough I trust Douglas and Saleh to do that right thing
Great move to trade back up into the 1st to grab AVT
That's how you set the foundation for a young QB to grow, give him a good O-line
i swear if the bengals don't address o line in the draft
then burrow is just gone
yeah a good O-line is needed to do well
Yeah the ball ain’t getting to chase
🤣 I saw my friend post this I was looking for it too
I'm not gonna say that Chase is a bad pick, but considering your franchise QB got destroyed last year and is coming off of a serious knee injury taking Chase was beyond a luxury pick
There are definitely O-line options at the top of the 2nd
You got Jenkins, Dickerson, Humphrey, Davis
That Meinerz dude from that D3 school who has been shooting up boards
So they options that they can and need to look into, but for me I just don't think I could pass up Sewell for a WR, regardless of how talented
Football is won in trenches
Big true
Lions with a steal though
Decker and Sewell is a really nice combo
Plus with Ragnow at C the Lions suddenly have one of the best O-lines in the league
Which they kinda need because Goff is so damn easily frazzled under pressure, but when he's given time the dude can straight rip it
Don’t forget Cosmi
That black on red making ATL look like they had a painful experience post Chipotle
Falcons be like. "If bright orange pants can work for the Browns; bring on the bright ass red!"
#Falcons announce that TE Kyle Pitts will wear No. 8 in the NFL.
214
I'll pound this table all day long, the Falcons legit have one of the worst unis in the league
He's wearing 8. I love this.
I actually like the Falcons new unis. They've grown on me compared to that mess they had for over 15-16 years.
Reebok really didn't know how to make unis.
I honestly prefer their old unis over these new ones
I think it's mainly the number font
The font is weird yes. But I rather have that than the weird piping they had on the sides.
I find them kinda of obnoxiously big and I've just never been a fan of numbers that have that side outline to make them looks 3D
I wish they went back to the red helmet. Those old throwbacks were sick.
Yeah those were solid
Pretty sure their black alternates are those jerseys just without the red helmets
They are.

They're selling these already.
So here's my own Day 1 winners and losers
Winners: Ravens, Browns, Colts, Jags, Pats, Jets, Dolphins, Chiefs, Chargers, Bears, Vikings, Lions, Panthers, Falcons, Bucs, Cowboys, Eagles, Cardinals, Rams, 49ers
Losers: Steelers, Texans, Raiders, Packers, Saints, Seahawks
Undecided: Bengals, Titans, Bills, Broncos, Giants, WFT
Thoughts?
IDK about the Panthers yet. They got a nice player, but what the team is doing is outdated in today's age. Defense alone doesn't win championships.
The biggest losers are the Raiders though. Gruden with his Gum Gum Fruit abilities to reach for players is amazing.
giants got a ton from the bears
Ironic, since rhule is an offensive mind
they won just because of that
And has joe Brady too
For now
Those picks are nice but Dave Gettleman is Dave Gettleman.
I like toney but he should have traded back more if he wanted him
But if Cincy screws the pooch again this year (likely) then I can't see how Taylor isn't kicked out the door and Brady isn't made the HC in Cincy
Maximize the value
Taylor isn’t a good head coach
He's not
He’s bad
You know, the Giants wouldn't need to get a WR if you know, they didn't trade their best receiver 2 years ago.
He got a job because of people riding Sean McVay's jock
Those draft picks didn’t even work out well.
"We didn't extend Odell to trade Odell"
They got a real good WR. But they're lucky most of the pretty good OL players dropped.
Now personally I'm a UF fan and I like Toney, but WR was a luxury they didn't need at 20 with how bad their O-line still is and the fact that they really don't have an Edge rusher
Confused the bengals and the giants.
There wasn't 1 guy that you knew would be good from the get go like a Young or a Bosa
You know it's great for once when you can say your team doesn't really need quick needs. Although I'd like to get someone to replace Donovan Smith at LT. But, he did pretty good in January so who knows.
Weirdly enough I'd say this past year was probably Donny's best year as a pro
That’s why you punt on this class and try to trade down if you have defensive needs other than corner.
Probably because Brady has such a quick release and is a quick decision maker
That's a fair point
Turnovers are turnovers.
Bakery is open 24/7
The worst was my Mom coming home with apple turnovers after Jameis threw his 3 pick against the Panthers in 2019.
I find the Saints 1st round pick very odd
Like I know they have a top 10 roster but man
Hey those taste good though.
They’ve drafted on the trenches not counting Lattimore for 6 years now.
They like lineman on both sides
They needed to replace Trey Hendrickson at DE and I heard the Saints front office really liked him.
Yeah but using a 1 for a 3rd string DE?
JOK doesn’t have a position, so that’s why teams are hesitant.
Are they just done with Davenport?
I wouldn't underestimate a Saints draft pick.
Teams are overthinking JOK, he's a weakside LB in a 4-3, and he'd be in the field in nickel D at LB
Dude is Lavonte David 2.0
Someone is gonna get a still with him
The Saints are in a weird place rn. They have no answer at QB and the team still believes they can compete. It could be ugly.
guess they want to play jameis
I think their roster is too good to finish at a high draft pick.
Yeah, that's the problem.
the issue is if that's what they want or not
He’s an inverse Isaiah Simmons to me
and they probably don't
Oh yes.
good
its 7 rounds so yeah
The 1-3 rounds are where the nfl expects contributors from players
I wouldn't Day 2 irrelevant in the NFL draft
Far from it
1-5 rounds could be interesting depending on the team.
You can get some really good players who probably would go R1 in other drafts there
is this a particularly good draft year or something?
Day 3 though yeah that's irrelevant for the most part
recall my friends yesterday saying its kinda rare that so many QBs get drafted, but i could be misremembering
Yeah it was a really good draft class for qbs
In some respects
yeah its a strong qb class
Yeah, no one cares for Day 3. They're good stories to talk about when one guy shines. Like Scotty Miller on the Bucs a 6th round pick.
It was being carried by it's QB class
i mean i guess people probably also care who their team picks
Mainly because of Trevor Lawrence being regarded as the next great QB before he even steps foot on an NFL field officially
Special teams are more focused there. Or developmental prospects
So I'd say Day 1 is where most of the fireworks go off, Day 2 is interesting from seeing where that group of guys who were talked about as potentially going R1 might end up, and then Day 3 is mainly about finding depth players or projects to develop
Yeah, be like 13 other teams in the second round and miss on Antoine Winfield Jr.
Should be a run on offensive lineman, wide receiver, and corner today
Dude last year's Safety class could be insane in retrospect
We'll have to see how all of the other guys do but Winfield, Chinn, and from what I've seen that Dugger guy from NE are looking like studs
I liked that guy from Alabama that NYG took last year, McKinney or something
Xavier McKinney
If he stays healthy I think he and Peppers could be nice together
He’s been good
Yeah him
Plus this year all eyes are gonna be on Delpit in Cleveland
Dude was being hyped up to be the next big thing at Safety once he turned pro but he missed all last year with like an ACL
So I'm interested in seeing what he does this year if he's healthy
Trevor's gonna realize soon. "Hey, Jacksonville is boring af."
There were more issues coming out. Him playing more hurt his stock
Oh I’m taking about before he got drafted. You were referring to his Cleveland career.
Never mind
There are things to do there
No. Jacksonville might as well be part of Georgia.
It's a very college town from what I've heard
And that's about it.
I imagine that has more of a negative connotation than positive
Oh there are things to do there. Like leave.
college town i think just means what it does lol
5 games to play, how top 4 can win #LaLiga:
Atleti - win all their games.
Real - win all their games + Atleti fail to win 1 game.
Barça - win all their games + Real fail to win 1 game.
Sevilla - win all their games + Atleti fail to win 2 games & Barça fail to win 1 game.

Okay so I think I'm starting to understand why Jenkins is dropping
It's not just concerns about his hip which I hadn't heard until today, their are questions about his mentality
T-Law is going to be good. The Jaguars on the other hand literally just went 1-15 so they probably aren't going to be good just because they drafted a QB.
yeah its more of whether or not he'll get injured with their o line
I think I'm starting to come around on the Jags taking Etienne
Not saying I necessarily agree with taking an RB in the 1st but Urban is gonna want to run his college O and needs multiple RBs to do that, and not only is Etienne a bonafide home run hitter but he's a good enough at route running and receiving to play in the slot
Remains to be seen if that was the right call at 25 but I don't hate the move now as much as I did last night
wasn't he also from clemson
Mentality for Jenkins huh? Guess they didn’t like what they saw or heard
Tyson Campbell probably going to be taken by the Jaguars for the 33rd pick.
This is going to be a fun race
Wonder who falls out of the race first, my money is on Barca
They're saying he might retire. Same agent that Palmer had when he took similar action.
Yep, have fun in Vegas, Rodgers.
Nah, he's too busy with Jeopardy
Jeopardy is always a good second option.
With the #Jaguars soon to be on the clock at 33, it’s likely they make that pick. And the #Jets are receiving significant interest in a potential trade at 34, I’m told. We could see some early action as teams scramble up for players they thought would be first-rounders.
Ah, the Packers fan
