That’s why people like me weren’t all hype about Burrow coming in because I questioned if it was just a great offense he was in or was it really Burrow
was a mixture
even in that crazy offense no one puts up numbers like that
I still think Burrow didn't have that great of arm strength in the league with what he's showed us
i still think burrow proved he deserved to be a starter on a NFL team
that's his only flaw
he was good
true. I'm just nitpicking
I just wouldn't rule taking another qb
And now with Burrow suffering that gruesome injury. There's no way of knowing if the great thing Burrow had, that mobility, will even be a thing when he comes back.
Teams can jump into contender status with a "great" qb at a rookie contract.
roman hasn't been that good with playcalling.
but yeah jackson has regressed in passing
Going through Michael Vick simulator
and he lost his 2 rbs for the thursday game
it's just the typical roman stuff
I know niners fans don't like roman
he did lose stanley to be fair. that hurts alot
Another thing to look at is the Ravens receivers. Umm... Marquise Brown? They don't have the best ones around.
i love hollywood brown
he deserves more than 1 reception
mark andrews is a stable set of hands
so was the other TE that got injured
lamar just couldnt pass
also dez bryant a GOAT
They're not bad. They just don't make much of an impact IMO.
andrews has a tendency to drop passes.
never forget siren, dez caught it
Cowboy fans cry in the corner
he may have picked up 30 pounds in the time he had off
but we never forget dez
andrews could play his game becuz the other TE did the blocking
so basically, the ravens are crumbling
The Ravens in their TEs. It's like Joe "Elite" Flacco is still there in spirit.
they do have good tight ends
If I'm the Ravens front office. I would look for some more offensive talent. You don't want to be like the Falcons when they had Vick.
Jim's going to get a head coaching position before that happens
why did he even leave
because Baalke hated him
im certain another NFL team would have loved him
Michigan paid him a shit ton of money.
oh and he got to do cool ass shit recruiting
I remember Jim was suppose to coach Oakland.
To think the Bucs were close to get Gruden back too.
dw monster, half the stuff im saying is in jest
gruden would be nice with brady
"aite bud you gotta listen to me, im the expert here"
tuck rule
Gruden is so entertaining when he's mic'd.
true
I'm not worried about playoff position. The new playoff system is so generous.
yep but 5th seed means you play the NFCE
It would only be a Bucs game if they lose to that NFC Least team in January.
Arians isn't leaving unless Licht goes with him.
you think he'll stick by him through thick and thin?
And the Glazer Family. They extended Jason Licht as GM. Pretty much rewarded 5 years of failure. Shows you how much they really know what they're doing.

he's been average. Don't think he's been awful as a gm.
Have you not seen his drafts? Like the last 3 drafts have been the only decent ones. 2014 and 2016 were really bad ones.
Facts
Let's draft a kicker in the second round. Great idea
Lmao
For now I think the Saints are the best team in the NFC as long as Brees is healthy for them. Rams defense is obviously great but Goff isn’t good enough
Brees doesn't need to be on the team for them to succeed. Sean Payton is so good as HC that any QB could fill in.
That is true I’m just saying it helps
And for the AFC I’m really looking forward to a potential Chiefs and Steelers game
I was a little disappointed that they let Bridgewater walk because I thought he fit perfectly for that system Payton has.
My pick is the Steelers. That defense is top 3.
The Dolphins really look silly as usual trading away Minkah Fitzpatrick. He's a beast.
Yeah the Steelers are definitely a contender. I honestly think the only offense that could really hurt them is the Chiefs and that’s because of Mahomes and Andy Reid together is a deadly combo
Plus all the talent
I'm not betting against Mahomes
A lot of people are very certain the Chiefs will win and I would bet my money on them but there are a lot of good teams to watch out for
I would not be shocked if they didn’t win
Playoff Mahomes is scary, I can agree. The Chiefs defense on the other hand. They're ranked pretty good, but I still don't trust them. That's probably the Chiefs blind spot IMO.
NFC seems to be a mixed bag compared to the AFC's top teams
Yeah the defense looked horrible against the Raiders. But in the end as long as there is enough time on the clock and they aren’t down by multiple scores give me Mahomes and I always have a chance
He should definitely be the MVP favorite now
1.Mahomes 2. Rodgers 3. Russ are my current top 3 QB’s
You also have to remember that the Texans scored 24 unanswered points in the first quarter against the Chiefs before Bill O'Brien did Bill O'Brien stuff and blew it in like 5 minutes.
Yeah that’s true
Obviously a lot could change and go wrong but if you had to predict how many MVP’s and rings Mahomes will have by the end of his career what would you predict
I could see that. I saw earlier that he said he wants to play as long as Brady is so who knows as long as he keeps longevity and consistency
I think the best chance Mahomes has to get multiple titles is this window. Because the future is uncertain with the Chiefs. Andy Reid has to retire sooner then later and players need to be paid.
they're already paying players
Yeah the Chiefs need to do whatever they can now
it's when those players get hurt such as chris jones where they might falter
Yeah, cap hell is coming for the Chiefs.
they just have to replenish the weapons around them. have to find suitable replacements for hill and kelce once they leave
and shwartz
Yeah
It’s gonna be harder to win rings for sure but I have no doubt Mahomes can win a shit ton of MVP’s if he keeps playing like this
might get the lebron treatment.
That would be cool if he broke Manning’s record
Yeah there already is some Mahomes fatigue and it will only get worse the more he wins
Lebron treatment? You mean the Manning treatment? Where if something bad happens it's everyone but Mahomes's fault. Someone had to replace him, I guess.
referred more to voter fatigue, but that's valid
Yeah
That too.
Imagine if he doesn’t throw a pick the rest of the season it’s highly unlikely but he’s already got 27 TD- 2 ints
The problem with the Chiefs is once Reid retires as HC he retires as GM. Because let's face it, Reid was pretty much GM as well.
guess that's true as well
Facts
I still think Veach is capable
We'll see.
Reid is 62 so when do you think he will retire then
More than capable
Imagine Mahomes on the Saints
Insert Bears meme -here-
Lmao
Ryan Pace screwed up badly there
Mediocrity of the Midway
That defense is good, and the offense has weapons, but it'll be let down by qb play and Nagy to an extent.
Deferring to Bill Lazor is pretty awful
If the Bears were a well run organization they would have fired Ted Phillips a long time ago.
I call them the Edmonton Oilers of Football. Because they only talk about the how good they were in the 80's and call it a day.
and they only won once...
They make it sound like they won 4 titles
Oh, I feel bad for Lovie. Had to deal with a terrible front office and players for 8 seasons.
They deserve what they got
what makes you say that?
The Bears fans are going through what Blackhawk fans dealt with for a long time. They're waiting for the owner to die.
waiting for the mccaskeys to kick the bucket huh
Organization, not the fans.
you're not wrong there
There should be a rule in sports that whenever the name Mccaskeys is said. A laugh track and clapping is played.
siren
also, did not expect this much activity for the sport's channel. damn, I missed out a bit.
did u watching urinatingtree houston curse video
Yes.
i was just reminded that texans led 24-0 against the chiefs and lost the lead
in 10 mins
10 MINUTES
Bill is a hack.
that fake punt attempt backfired
bob decided to not go for a 4th and inches, ran a fake punt on a 4 and 5
and then they got 40 unanswered scored on
They go for the safe FG then go for it near their own zone. I got heated when that happened.
hopkins got hurt in that game as well
I remember when Hopkins had that game winning touchdown against the Bills how everyone was flaming Bill O’Brien
they apparently dont even have their picks this year
As they should be
becuz of tunsil
Dang
or well next year
They overpaid tunsil too.
Lmao
you helped rebuild a franchise
Yeah
dolphins looking good
although herbert is the better qb
and now got 2 picks too
At least Houston has their trashcan.
jamar chase sounds good
Herbert has definitely impressed me
yea but why did he cut his hair
they're going to lose springer. ouch
and brantley
the thing issssssss
would any team sign springer
would he feel welcomed
Heard the jays want too
The only thing Houston will have fun with this year is laughing at the Cowboys.
the tampa bay jays?
True
cowboys still might make the playoffs though.
any team can make the playoffs
in that NFCE
they just need a 3 game winning streak
in that trash fire of a division. absolutely
Oh lmao thought you were talking about George springer my bad
I want the Washington <redirected> to win it.
def have the best defense out of em
I still don't trust them
Rivera is going to look for a new veteran qb
Prescott maybe?
Stafford might also be gone. Hopefully not the niners.
No matter what happens. Daniel Snyder will always be there to ruin Washington fans happiness. At least they have the Caps.
that field is also an injury hazard
yeah, he sucks
legit the new stadiums 15 mins from me
Except, he doesn't sue old people for season tickets.
and even i ask 'why'
did you move with them from saint louis?
you just chose that team. nice to see
I don't even think there's even Ram fans in STL anymore.
the team i supported before the rams was.. carolina panthers becuz I loved newton
surprised you weren't a niners or raiders fan
from auburn
familiar with rivera
i follow all major sports and NFL was the least of my love
lakers and dodgers all day
rams just happened to move into team
hey, those are two teams
and yes I supported them even in the first season here when they sucked
but if rams had a gamer tomorrow against the raiders/9ers/packers/steelers/cowboys
Fate is a privileged fan as you may see.
they would get 70-30
fan ratioed
bro i couldnt be a lakers bandwagon if i tried
LOL
I know
i saw possibly the worst LA teams to ever suit up in our history
and still went to their games
they were terrible
and i remember the pre new management dodger teams
the first rams game i went to was last year
MNF against the ravens
we lost 52-7 or sum shiz
oof
Being a Tampa fan well... Getting sweep after winning 62 games. That one hurt my soul. The Bucs were my blooper reel for the last decade. The Rays being cheap.
that's cool to see
yea hes def a presence lol
he attracted so many ppl
but yea i support all LA teams unless you're one of the subpar LA teams aka the clippers or angels
subpar as in little brother
You see, with soccer. I don't know shit about it. So I get lost real quickly with it.
they used to give out free clipper tickets pre-blake griffin days when i was in 1st or 2nd grade
only really follow the world cup
donald sterling did that? that surprises me
even with lob city, i was like "nah"
I don't even really get to watch Basketball much and I'm lucky to know a lot of it.
i doubt it was sterling, they were probably highly subsidized since they were so cheap
how could i forget
paul-kobe woulda been a diff level of beast
paul was MVP candidates those days
how soon ppl forget
cp3's iq with phil jackson woulda been insane
Oh, the Clippers. I remember Chris Kaman being their best player and then laughing until Blake and Paul came in.
bro kaman was actually respected before he became a meme
elton was prob their best though before lob city
we are living through the best team the clippers have ever assembled in current time..
he's not a good basketball front office guy.
and they still cant get out the 2nd round
oh hes awful, hes ruining the 76ers
but still, you know
he sucks
they had to get morey to bail them out
and that is relevant to urinating tree's houston video
who woulda thought hiring rivers and morey would make your team better
they made smart decisions this offseason
ehhh, rivers is questionable
yes i do believe he is overrated
he is certainly not a top 5 coach, he is a top 1 player coach
that choke against the nuggets was legendary
Don’t remind me
I'll keep saying it. NBA GMs are some of the worst I've seen in North American Sports
but he is good enough to be a coach
see the thing is, in dont disagree with what presti's doing
but i hate the notion of more draft picks = being a good gm
esp in the NBA
and the Memphis grizzlies are basically nba scout twitter
I'm not even a Hornet fan. And MJ gives me headaches with how much he overpays players.
in the NBA, you have 60 picks
or analytics twitter
most players in the 2nd round never even play in the NBA
if you have like 5 picks between 20-50, they're kind of luck or you suck
tanking was pretty prevalent
and most teams arent willing to trade down in the NBA for 3 picks
but this last draft sucked out loud
if theres a player like zion available
or luka
Also, the lottery is a joke. For both NHL and NBA. Teams tank regardless.
well they've made tanking elss in the NBA
they adjusted the lottery odds for the nba
idek if the worst record teams in the NBA
have won the lottery in a while
they've flattened the tank odds
knicks keep getting the worst of it lmao
I don't think so
And don't forget NBA lottery has been questioned for being really, really rigged.
Pelicans and Wolves jumped up
bro what made them go from doing the nba lottery alive
to backstage?
what was the reasoning?
"oh pelicans are gonna lose, lets conveniently have the pelicans get 1st pick even though their chances are LOW"
but at the same time, tis hard to see if its rigged
why wouldnt they give knicks the first pick lol
I don't think it's rigged
NY is such a huge market for stars
I can't watch the NBA because players would rather give middle fingers to their fanbases and go ring hunting with Lebron, etc.
dolan sucks as an owner
zion in NY would make you BANK
super teams suck
Dolan is awful
golden state with KD made me give up watching
but lebron gets his teammates paid after they win a ring
he got tristan thompson a fat contract
Hated KD for that
rondo this year
You know, when Dwight Howard was traded. A part of my basketball fandom went with it. I can't imagine what Thunder fans, Pacers fans had to deal with.
along with schroeder
yeah he was good with the thunder
hes so explosive and makes his own shots
he's a good bench player
caruso
his pick n rolls with harrell gonna be nice
lakers def had the best offseason
but its only because they refused to stand by
we'll see
hawks and blazers had really good offseasons too
warriors got screwed though by that injury. feel awful for klay.
i love klay, i hope hes able to return
i may have hated that team
but i loved watching the style they played in
I just hate draymond
if you were watching a warriors game
you werent gonna be bored
klays 37 point in one quarter
or 60 points in 3 quarters
thanks billy donovan
You know with the NBA. the last 10 years. It feels like it's more of a club for NBA stars. I don't care much for the same teams winning championships I care more about how 90% of the league is already screwed from the start.
it's a superstar driven league where the players have the power
Yeah, really, this is a problem the NBA can't fix.
nope
You what would help? If the NBA didn't encourage 1 and done drafting. I wish the NBA would be like the NFL and make it that NBA players have to be 20 or older to play for their league. You most likely see rookies have more impact immediacy.
Oh, he's gonna be unstoppable by then.
You have to imagine if Doncic would have been drafted at 24 years old. He would make a horrible team a contender in a year.
Kings and suns were idiots for passing on him
Hawks are a wash, but Luka is probably better at the moment
Those young guys benefit a lot from getting to the league sooner.
I thought Deandre Ayton was overhyped even before that draft. Again, IDK how these 19 year old kids are suppose to make an impact immediacy. More times then not, it doesn't happen.
Do they though? Isn't that what college suppose to do? If some top NFL rookies struggle early on being 24 or older. What makes you think NBA players who are younger gonna do? You look at Hockey and Baseball. Some of these top picks don't even play until they're 24-25.
NBA is encouraging something that's unhealthy for teenagers. Fame, money, you're suppose to grow up first before you can handle that.
Yeah they do. For one, base salary + sooner getting on that 2nd contract. The younger guys also have had a lot of knowledge at their disposal, so some of them are coming in already polished. Guys like Tatum, Embiid, Porzingis, etc.
porzingis is a different case since he played in the euro league
compared to the ones that played in college
I’m saying Porzingis in relation to access
access in terms of?
Film
As in generations compared to older players
But, you also failed to mention that most top 10 picks don't make an impact immediately. College Basketball isn't suppose to be a one year pitstop to have TV spotlight before heading to the NBA. You're suppose grow and learn to become basketball stars. You have to think how much better the league would be in a competition level if draft picks could make an impact as soon as they come in like they used too 20 years+ ago.
Franchise changers can still be made. But it takes longer to do so in most cases.
Well yeah every guy isn’t gonna make an immediate impact but it hardly matters. Youth is valued. It’s from a talent development perspective.
Thinking an elite guy who is pro ready should stay in school longer is silly lol get the reps in now.
Except, again. Most times then not, They're not ready to play in the pros. Just look at someone like Markelle Fultz. He's just starting to learn to be a pro star. If anything, these players should be in the G league learning then. And baseball and hockey you don't see teams throwing top picks into the sharks when they're drafted.
I think it just now. When you said they should get reps now just kinda brings up how much NBA organizations are very impatient with their depth. Which is on them.
That’s just how the game is. It’s a unique bball system anyway. Other countries don’t even use it. Reality is younger guys are viewed as having higher ceilings. Every guy under 20 doesn’t have to be a superstar to justify the one and done rule. Besides, they have the transitional rookie program for a reason anyway.
That’s why they should have it in place where guys can return to college even after signing with an agent. It needs some tuning up.
Least in the NBA’s case.
Would be pretty dope.
With Porzingis still there they could take the lakers even
Not pretty would be great actually lol
they made some nice picks on draft night too
Yeah and the trade for Richardson helps improve the defense a lot
yep agreed can help with tougher matchups
smart trade philly needed shooting anyway
Bucks made moves that’d probably suggest otherwise
I mean they got holiday that helps but they lost Bodgan which would of helped even more
And the east only got stronger this year
Yeah, Harden will probably disappear again come playoff time.
Harden doesn’t do anything
My thoughts mirror Zach Lowe
Do something in the playoffs
And that fit with the nets won’t work
Let me find Playoff James Harden...
Don’t showboat in a blowout against Charlotte when you play poorly in the post season
Feel bad for Westbrook though. Even though I recognize his deficiencies as a player in regards to shooting, I admire his aggressive style.
I always believe Russ plays for stats then the good for his team.
I would believe that, if he didn’t try to fix his shooting then.
Cause his stats in that department are awful
I think Russ has a bad attitude, so I’m not gonna lose any sleep if he never seals the deal and wins a chip
That’s fair
Honestly, I don't lose sleep for a lot players in this league if none of them win anything. That's what happens when more times then not the star player gives the fanbase the middle finger and goes ring chasing.
Also, let me see if the Magic have done anything yet.
Shit.

Think the NBA is making a mistake by starting up their next season next month
I’m mean it’s been what, like less than 2 months since the Finals?
I feel bad for the rooks. They don't even get a summer league to play in to prepare. I think
Also. Hockey starts like a few weeks later after the NBA.
And there won't be any political drama happening in the NBA this season.
Any political drama
Yeah I remember what Montrezl Harrell said to Luka lmao
That was so overblown lmaoo
Ernie Johnson saying it made me laugh
Stephen A "He's european, not white"
Slow news day that time
One of the funniest, yet saddest things Stephen A Smith said.
They work that man consistently. Although he gets paid a lot of money for it
I don’t know. Don’t really pay attention to either.
Max but stephen a is hella entertaining
Cowboys slander >>>>
He got all the memes
I'm surprised anybody can take those 2 seriously. I usually watch them for comedy.
i love comedy
HOW DO YOU DO THAAAATTT??? HOW DO YOU DO THAT???!!!
it’s good stuff
He can’t play!
Stephen A's rants on the Knicks are so similar to my tirades on my Bucs. It's so funny.
He been thru it
"The last time the Knicks win a championship I was 5 years old,
Ladies and gentlemen I'm 51!"
That miss in Zion in the lottery was pretty brutal, not going to lie
Along with the free agency stuff
Yeah Stephen A is hilarious when it comes to the Knicks and the Cowboys
Time for a barrel full of laughs. Everybody, LAUGH AT THE KNICKS
I loved it when Stephen A told a caller to go to hell.
I remember when Shaq called Stephen A pretending to be a Cowboys fan named Tex Johnson
when the cowboys lose we get blessed
Always tune in to see Cameron Magruder, Urinating tree with their reactions.
Edp was funny as well.
Haha yeah
EDP cracks me
Can’t imagine all his reactions since Carson Wentz is ass
I get the Eagles have bad coaching and a lot of injuries but people make to many excuses for Wentz
He is just straight ass right now
Yeah I mean that first pick he threw against the browns has horrible
You can blame Wentz for a lot of the shit the Eagles have been through this season. But he also carried them too. If anything, Howie Roseman needs to go. He's been very bad at drafting as of late.
The fact that they almost lost to Ben denucci led cowboys was rough
Cause Ben denucci was atrocious
Yeah the Eagles are just a shit show like the rest of the NFC east
The Eagles need a WR so badly. What does Roseman do instead. Draft Jalen Hurts. Because they're stupid.
Don’t know if there any wide receivers worth that pick.
Think he should have been more aggressive in trading up though.
I don’t know if Mims would be worth it for them.
They missed out on Lamb.
People have been shitting on Wentz and he has a turnover problem. But, Eagle fans need to be real here. He's going through Andrew Luck simulator. It's hard to be good when you're getting killed on every play and your receivers keep dropping them.
Yeah that catch by Lamb against the Vikings was crazy
But he’s made bone headed plays though. Even with the talent being poor, he’s making bad decisions.
It was. Jefferson was a monster for the vikings as well.
That LSU team was just stacked in general.
Yeah and now they suck lmao
He's making bad decisions because he has been getting killed physically and mentally the last 3 seasons. But like I said, he has a turnover problem. That's for sure.
LSU last year was just a one year wonder but they’ve been good before too
Also, what's a running game in Philly?
Miles Saunders isn’t bad
Along with Boston giant killer Scott
That super bowl run was a worthwhile price to pay though.
I definitely think Doug Pederson is the first to go off that SB team.
He's' the scapegoat. Always the damn HC.
Even though their offense is ranked 12th with everyone injured.
IDK how Howie Roseman has survived all these years though. He should've been gone when he was working with Kelly.
Yeah
Eh, kelly was more in control of the roster. Similar to Reid.
He was responsible for players like demarco Murray
And Sam Bradford
And keeping Riley Cooper and trading lesean McCoy
Is Kelly still coaching UCLA ?
Yeah
I'm surprised that clown can still get a job even in the college world. Then again, Louisville allowed Bobby Petrino to coach.
Speaking of college did anyone watch the OSU Indiana game?
Really wanted Indiana to win it was a great game
Is fields qb1?
Yes. And was making turnovers.
Haha yeah it was a great game
Indiana definitely impressed me
Top 10 worthy for sure
The only thing I've really enjoyed so far this year is seeing Michigan collapse.
that’s funny to see since I don’t see trask being drafted before four qbs
Lawrence, fields, Zach wilson, and lance
Kyle Trask seems like a guy Elway would draft. He likes his 6'5 white QBs.
QBs today are disposable. Off to the next trend.
Yeah I think Trask is the heisman favorite but only because of his offense and the teams they play
He’s definitely not the best qb in the class
He just has it set up for him pretty well
I think I like Mac Jones more than Trask
The Gators are a team that no matter how good they look. I'm waiting for them to fall short.
Alabama will crush them
And I live in Florida. So I know a lot of Gator fans who are just jaded since the Tebow days.
Mac Jones is a stud but when they dropped 63 on Kentucky he surprisingly only had 2 TD’s and an interception
But he’s definitely 2nd for me
Heisman wise
Sucks Jaylen Waddle got hurt for the year
Smith is a monster as well
Yeah Smith is a beast
najee harris is real good
Might have been the best receiver out of the ones that Bama has produced
Yeah definitely Najee has been balling
Ruggs, Jeudy, waddle,
It's hard to judge any QB that comes from Alabama, even Tua. Because Nick Saban offense is just that good.
Their defense has been a bit weak though, outside of their corner surtain
Corner class is good
It’s gonna be sad seeing Lawrence go to the Jets
Farley, surtain, horn, wade (but he’s been a mixed bag)
It's gonna be sad seeing Fields in a Jags uni.
I hope he doesn’t end up there
Fields is either gonna be a Jags or the Washington <redirected> he's fucked.
I don’t think Rivera would want a rookie QB
If I'm Dak after being injured the way he did. And saw what shit happens to QBs at Fedex Field. I wouldn't go there even if you threw 40 million per year.
Yeah
I feel bad for Dak he was balling and Jerry just cares to much about his ego
He got screwed over
I wonder if SF will throw money at him.
Think they’ll try to get Zach Wilson or try to trade for a qb like Stafford. Ryan might be too expensive for them
dak is too much money for us
we have to sign the entire secondary + extend fred warner
with shrinking cap we'd never be able to
Think they made a mistake in paying armstead and not Buckner. Armstead was cheaper, but Buckner was the better player.
Yeah, the football gods went after the 9ers this year. Because Jed York doesn't deserve nice things.
MetLife field was rough on them
DerpLife*
I mean, we got the 13th pick out of it as well
no question buckner is better but we wouldn't get that return
and armstead is no slouch, dude is elite in run D
Kinlaw is looking better and better as the season goes on
Can kinlaw replace that production?
even if he gets to 75% of buckner, it'll have been worth it
Bosa will only get better as well
and yeah, I do think Kinlaw can
like I said he's been raw this year but in recent weeks has looked quite good
He was already elite, so that helps. Just needs to stay healthy
yep... such a shame that he got injured this year
not to say we'd be in the playoffs if he wasn't injured, but just for his development I'm real sad he's missing out
Need a boost to their receiving core as well. Need to fill the gap that Saunders left
Aiyuk is that
dude has been real good
Aiyuk/Deebo/Kittle firing on all cylinders is enough, we'll probably pick WR in the 3rd/4th though
Kendrick Bourne is solid
I know your running back situation is fine though, that’s for sure
And I’m pretty familiar with Aiyuk, so it makes sense he’s balling out.
doesn't really matter who we have at RB as long as we have SOMEONE
the issue is having someone though lmao
this doesn't show jeff wilson or hasty on IR as well
RB was like the one position we didn't need to draft this year
then everyone went and got injured
6th string RB is some crazy shit
What do you guys think of Kyler Murray?
He’s really, really good
AHORA: murió Diego Armando Maradona. https://t.co/iiS9XSqCBW https://t.co/awC80BpwS7

RIP
Not the news I wanted to see
rip maradona
Yeah I just saw
Fuck man
Definitely one of the best. My dad says he was one of those players that "did something" every single game he played
Just saw the news
It was pretty clear he’d never reach old age, but still a big RIP
Great player
Coke and booze definitely ravaged his body, that's without doubt
Kobe and Maradona in the same year...fucks sake
Ray Clemence from Liverpool only a week or two ago too
If you haven’t seen it check out his documentary https://twitter.com/asifkapadia/status/1331639600578752517?s=21
It makes you see him in a different light
Best character in footballer ever
His funeral procession in Argentina is going to be sad as fuck to watch. Man's a hero
If only
19 April 1989: Diego Armando Maradona delighted the Napoli fans with what remains an iconic warm-up, set to the song Live is Life. The Argentina legend showed no sign of nerves when preparing for the UEFA Cup semi-final against Bayern Munich in Germany, as he transformed a simple routine to get the muscles ready into a dance display with footbal...
oh man thats really sad he passed away
Yeah. He had been in fairly poor health in the past year, maybe two
I think less than a month ago he was out of the hospital for a brain aneurysm
Like I said before. Bad coke/booze habit

This one actually made me tear up a bit
Rip Diego
Rip
Yeah 2020 is so ass
garbage year
Honestly when was the last time had a year as bad as 2020
Watching ESPN Latam which is mostly Argentine staff. Journalists crying on camera
UCL matches about to be played in 5 and doesn't even feel like that
Expected. Maradona was one of those few who crossed the line of player to hero of the people
Even with his vices
minute of silence now before Olympiacos - Man City
Two teams I hate
geez, I didn't even like his persona and I'm devastated
wait, I guess why people hate City but why Olympiacos?
Biggest and richest team in Greece which means they dominate the league
RIP MARADONA 😔
Big rivalry with my dad's team and subsequently my team lol
ah you're Greek? For some reason I forget Greece is part of the Balkans
Kobe Bryant: “He was my idol. I love Maradona.”
And now 2020 has taken both of them. 😢 https://t.co/8e4bbdFzc6

of course, Kobe grew up in Italy as Maradona was at his peak
Napoli President Aurelio de Laurentiis to RMC: "The Stadio San Paolo could take Maradona's name."

Would I be lying if I said I didn't know who Maradona was till now? Either way, RIP to another legend in 2020.
RIP how did maradona die?
I know he had a surgery recently but they said it was succesful
cardiac arrest
he suffered a stroke weeks ago and got surgery for that. He was recovering at home but today he destabilized and had a cardiac arrest
Freak coincidence that George Best also died on this day 15 years ago due to something similar
Another goated player
I mean, different disease, but also a consequence of a chaotic lifestyle
If you mean Roy Keane, Irish aren't considered Brits I think. Northern Irish (Best) are, but not Irish
so I'd replace him with Giggs in that case
or Ian Rush
Rush deserves it yeah
but I mean British isles
which includes Ireland but
I get you
TSIMIKAS STARTING
fucks sake give minamino a chance
at the age of 60 he passed away first before pele 😭 😔
He’s a conflicting person
No he isnt he the goat
Thank God.
Big Oof for Colts fans https://mobile.twitter.com/Colts/status/1331694416898166792
And right before they have to play the Titans
Dallas. Watch it be like 12-9 just to annoy football fans.
Honestly I would not be shocked
I was looking forward to watch the Steelers game especially since the Ravens are practically the only decent team they have to play the rest of the year
Texans Lions and DC Cowboys
Steelers Ravens got moved to Sunday because of Covid concerns with Baltimore
So NBC is gonna have 2 games on Sunday
Mike Tirico hopefully will call one of them
So Sunday is gonna be BAL@PIT, LAC@BUF, TEN@IND, CAR@MIN, CLE@JAX, NYG@CIN, ARI@NE, MIA@NYJ, LV@ATL, NO@DEN, SF@LAR, KC@TB, CHI@GB for SNF, and the for MNF it’s SEA@PHI
Think Gilmore will be back?
I don’t think it’s as much the Texans as it is the weird NFL tradition of always giving the Lions a Thanksgiving game
And it just so happened that the Texans were their opponents for this week
lions and cowboys are always a tradition
The NFL loves seeing the Lions get stuffed on Thanksgiving. What more can you say?
But I don't know why the schedule makers chose the Texans. They could have chosen any other team in the AFC south.
Tbf I don’t think anyone quite expected they would be THIS shit without Hopkins
I mean he was without a doubt, but I don’t know many people who honestly expected Houston to be as hilariously bad as they have been just because they treaded away a star receiver
The Lions always face a team from the AFC South it seems. Remember in 08 when Chris Johnson used conqueror's haki to destroy the Lions?
CJ2k
Damn shame his career fell off, for a few years he was right there with AP as the best RB in the game
Coaching screwed CJ2K long term. Jeff Fisher knew how to use him and once he was gone so was Johnson's stats.
that's odd to hear. Used to seeing him utterly fail with qbs other than McNair
He knew how to use runningbacks Eddie George, Chris Johnson. I know, it's weird.
Still had a heck of a career though. Nearly 10k career rushing yards and averaged 4.5 YPC
Remember his final year: I won't go 7-9 or 8-8.

Jeff Fisher is the undisputed king of 7-9
Pretty much a big reason why St Louis doesn't have a football team now. I call it self sabotage.
Dude is tied for the most career losses by a HC in NFL history for a very good reason
Jaguars are starting Mike Glennon vs. Browns on Sunday.
387
7228
Mr 2013 himself.
UNLEASH THE GIRAFFE!
I hope he wins this game
The Browns losing to the Jags would be the Browns thing to do.
Jags potentially screwing themselves out of Justin Fields would be a sight to behold
B-But, the Jags are starting a QB that Bucs fans had delusional hope for after Freeman fucked off.
Oh wait, they’d have to win 2 games to pull that off, nvm
Current draft standings
I would love to see Philly win it so I can see Eagle fans get angry that Wentz somehow is playing in another postseason.
Still amazes me that the Cowboys, Football Team, and Giants are currently projected to pick 4, 5, and 7 respectively and are still only a half game out from 1st place in their division
If this was 20 years ago, The Cardinals would have won the division already.
I think the NFL wishes they were still in the NFC East.
Damn, the Steelers would have already clinched the NFC East
Jomboy & Jake talked with fan-favorite Erik Kratz about his retirement decision, his time with the Yankees, the CC Sabathia/Rays rivalry, and the amazing story that is his career.

I feel like if a team like the Steelers was in the NFCE this year the memes would just write themselves
i cry everytime i watch this
yeah there are a few position players that throw knuckle balls but yeah
I’ll check that podcast out later, always love seeing player interviews
funny guy, wholesome, loved seeing him interact with the young pitchers on the yankees this past year
40-year-old Erik Kratz is so excited to play catch with "his son," 21-year-old Deivi Garcia. https://t.co/8TFNZcdKAF

you want Zach Wilson? @proud coyote
I flip flop on him
I think he's better than Lance
He throws these passes that make me just cringe for his receivers’ safety
I definitely prefer him to Lance
Lance is way too raw for what we need atm
I’d be happy with Wilson but... I’d rather have Aaron Rodgers lol
dreaming is free
Wouldn’t that be sweet
And idk if it’s fixable man, it seems like an arm strength issue
He can’t zip it quite as fast as needed in a shanahan offense
really, that's the first time I've heard of an arm strength issue.
I see people say that's more of a strength
I mean since it seems Rodgers is being pushed out I’d imagine with him being a Cali boy as well as growing up a 49ers fan SF would be a prime location for him
Should GB be stupid enough to trade/cut him that is
They aren't that stupid
It’s mostly a velocity issue
Or I suppose it would only be stupid if Love doesn’t develop enough to earn the starting job over Rodgers
And it’s not really an issue, just a cap to what he would be able to do in our offense
Juba what are your thoughts on Kyle Trask?
As a UF fan myself I don’t think he has a particularly high ceiling but I feel like his floor is quite good
I think he’s good
Maybe the Niners could ask for Watson lol
Seems like a Broncos QB
But... I don’t want us to pick him
And the Texans owe us Watson after screwing us over putting Hopkins in our division lol
Trask is super raw still
And while he showed improvement this year I wanted to see more
you follow Kyle Posey Juba? If you have a twitter.
He's a pretty smart guy covering the Niners
I think he really improved from last year but I still kinda view him as a Cousins/Keenum kinda guy. Good enough to stick around in the league for the long time but as of now I don’t see him as a true franchise QB prospect
Grant Cohn
he's awful with the warriors kawakami
Maiocco is alright
Would love to be proven wrong though cause I can’t remember the last UF QB who was any good in the pros
I don’t like em, lol
that's good to know
I’d say I only really hate one team
cowboys?
Yep
I figured
I'm surprised I haven't seen a cowboys fan. Heck, even a seahawks fan here
or even a steelers fan
one piece fans from florida. makes a lot of sense.
Who do you pull for?
another team in the nfc west
Gonna guess Arizona?
Don’t say the cards
yeah

you can laugh, but they're progressing
I have no reason to laugh lol
really, why is that
You guys are a fun team to watch
the niners swept them last year
Because Kyler fucking Murray pisses me off to no end
Make no mistake, those two wins were the hardest of the year
Kyler is like young Russ
we'll see.
We have TWO russ in our division now
If he really figures it out he’s gonna be a pain in the ass to play against just like Russ is
Well, he’s only in his second year
And it seems teams aren’t able to figure him out as he’s just that athletic and fast
nah, they've started to figure him out a bit
Flores and the Dolphins set up a blueprint
bracket hopkins and try to let the other receivers and tight ends beat you.
games against carolina and seattle (he was hurt) showed his deficiencies
Kinda feel like guys like Russ, Watson, Mahomes, Allen, and Kyler are gonna be the blueprint for QBs going forward. Not necessarily 1 body type but kinda similar play styles, just being able to extend plays and use your athleticism when plays break down
yeah mobile qbs are the way the league is progressing
no more statuesque pocket passers
Thing is, no one expects sophomore QBs to really perform
But he’s improved and is improving
I mean Mahomes technically did
But that also means you’re gonna need better athletes on the O-lines, which might involves going with shorter, stouter guys
He sat first year
Mahomes is an anomaly in every sense of the word lol
that's true
Yep, and Ryan is a fringe top 10 guy
Kyle and Mcvay made Washington good as well with that offense
I’m not looking forward to Mahomes ripping my Bucs a new one on Sunday
I just hope York doesn’t do something boneheaded again
And we stick with Kyle for as long as he’s needed
yeah, he's a top tier coach
Really wonder what the hell the Saints are gonna do this offseason
They’re pretty fucked cap wise
they're in cap hell
with the eagles
rebuilding time for them
restructure and cuts coming
Rebuild and ride out the Taysom wave
I don’t either, but Payton probably wants to just see
Will play him the rest of the year
I just want the Saints to be bad again
don't know what Payton will do in the future.
They'll be in mediocrity
I think the Panthers are on the up and up
Hope so, cause their fans are kinda cancer
Same, I hate to admit it but I think Rhule is the right guy for that team
smart coach, even at Baylor
Brady is gonna get a HC job soon
Yeah buc, if not this year next year
He’s riding the hype from LSU
young offensive minds are vogue though
And the Panthers are doing half decent on O with their crew
