yeah, Art II ain't nothing like DMR in terms of ownership. Rodgers if he returns for this year is only so that we don't waste draft slots this year on a QB. As a stadium, Heinz Field is 25 years old now. So it is definitely going to feel the growing pains of what modern football players expect.
Art II tried broaching talks with the city about a new stadium this year and pretty much came up empty handed. The city is spending a good bit on the draft, so they gave like close to $800K for some modernization projects in the stadium. It includes the public bathrooms as they got rid of the troughs. As for the player locker rooms inside the stadium I doubt they changed much
