Im glad to read he's feeling better and he's out of pain, considering the amount of pain he felt before. I always feel so bad for anyone with back issues because it can have such a huge impact on how the rest of your body functions. Doing the most mundane, simple things can become excruciating and difficult. Its like all movements include your back, even breathing. And having a fusion in the lumbar region.. idk i just dont see how he would be able to play again. He's doing rehab, but still. It'll be interesting to see updates on this story. I hope he has a miracle happen and he can function like normal.

Yes I think so! I've never met anyone with it, so I'm not entirely sure. I've heard about it. It could potentially still cause scar tissue in the area. But I think they remove the hardware. And these are severely curved spines so I'm sure they're limited before treatment anyways
