Nothing is normal or simple. At Brighton, there was major structure, a real plan, the manager only added to it but you can see they’re doing just fine without him

WH is much much different. We are a mess. 3 different people fight over transfers and make their own signings each. We have the worst training facility in the PL. We have the worst stadium in the PL. We don’t generate players from the academy
