I doubt we'll make it particularly far in the playoffs this year and can 100% get value from chapman/yaz/snell, but farhan probably feels like the team is way better than our record due to our pitching finally coming back and birdsong looking quite good

"is this objectively the best move for years after this one", namely player placation and farhan's own job security
