if I learn anything from the MLB drafts, player development is sometimes more important than whatever number pick you get at the draft. Just look at the Chiefs and the Dodgers they are super powerhouse teams, and they never pick high in the draft

Why are you okay with them gradually lessening the value they get for their potential strongest tool

Mind you this is simply between their original pick and where they are now- the WRs KC, SF, and CAR took
