He has the ability to throw the ball into tight windows on short to intermediate throws from the pocket.

He's able to extend plays with his feet.

He can easily get into an NFL offense, playing an NFL-like offense in Michigan.

He's pretty good at protecting the ball.

My concerns though:

He's up and down throwing in the intermediate area and deep especially. I noticed he's not that good at throwing to the left. And it's not Rick Mirer, Mitch bad, but it's something to note.

There was one that stood out to me. He really struggled to put much zip on the ball on the move because the motion he makes to throw the ball requires him to use his lower body a lot. Doesn't work that way when you're on the move.

And the big thing. He just doesn't have that arm to zip the ball deep.

Here's my thing about him. I have him as a 1st-2nd round guy. But when you think of drafting a QB high, you expect the prospect to have a lot of elite tools to his game. And I just don't see it in JJ.
