To some it up real quick, about a month ago there has been a push by a group to stop the stadium from happening in Vegas. And they got an official petition going, which if it has roughly 100,000 signatures the stadium proposal will then go to a public vote. The signatures have been piling up real quickly, and because of this the A’s have decided to go into a joint suit that will be heard on November 6th. If they favor the A’s then the deal is most probably happening, if they favor the union then it will most probably go to a vote. And if the vote goes no for the stadium deal, or at least Tax element, Then the Las Vegas stadium is most likely dead.
