Tho maybe it's not all that much different to adding more extra time tbh... with the new Club World Cup format and the new UCL format that'll be more games being added to the season so I do agree with his take on there being more games, this specific rule doesn't bug me as much as the new format rules do. Not to mention they don't even get a full 1 month of break lol, like 2-3 weeks and they're back into pre-season. American athletes get like 3 months of break I assume. A lot of that really comes down to having to play for clubs and country, it's disorganized having to juggle playing for two teams basically.
