Finding good HCs are hard to find. I get that. The Raiders and Browns have gone through so many coaches the last 20+ years. But I first became a Bucs fab in the Jon Gruden era after the SB run. Having a good HC is good and all, but the worst feeling I could have is being good enough and yet having no optimism that you'll be good enough to make long runs in the playoffs or even make the playoffs.

The Leafs at least have young in their prime names. The Bucs when I first became a fan were Barber and Brooks and an aging Alstott on offense.

They literally had a roster full of nobodies on offense.

Michael Clayton was probably one of our best receivers. The moment Gruden was gone, he became a nobody.
