Rex Ryan…a very interesting man to say the least

Ryan had success early on, but man, he basically was what Todd Bowles is now with the Bucs.

Too qualified to be a defensive coordinator but not qualified enough to be a head coach.

I’ll be honest, idk who else would have gotten the success out of those jets like he did. He did a fantastic job there

Bills was odd. He ultimately did exactly what McDermott would do his first year though. McDermott just hired a better staff all around and got the 1 extra win to hit playoffs

Often you forget Rex Ryan was hired in NY because he had one of the best defenses that never went to the SB with the 08 Ravens.
