Mahomes benefited from a system from a progression standpoint. But he can make any offense elite now if he decided to go somewhere random like Carolina. You can only make the system player excuse when it has become a trend that players leave the system and suck else where. But for a player like the QB, there's usually signs that tell you he's the real deal or not. This is why I called BS when people said Brady was a system QB. The dude often carried teams on his back late in games.
