Thats probably the biggest hurdle for marvel, idk exactly but some kinda anti-monopoly laws exist that would definitely prevent a complete buyout of Sony. They would have to take a long roundabout way and the process itself would probably take multiple years.

Green Knight ||The whole montage at the end was his imagination of how his life would turn out if he chickened out. Then it rewinds to right before he runs away and chooses to stay and takes off the girdle which would've kept him alive. So he learns his lesson and chooses to be honorable and face his death without trickery||

He failed to give up the girdle that protected him from harm that he got from his wife. Then at the end he's like you know what, never mind, that was not very knightly of me and takes it off.||

||Ya cuz the girdle was enchanted by his mother, is what I thought. She gave it to him and told him that it will always protect you. Idk from start to finish I had the mindset that she was evil, and so her always popping in and out of some scenes just led me in further, till the end where maybe my mom protecting me isn’t knightly. || the green knight
