He was trying to back out of it when he was talking to Arthur and was pressured into going. He was crying and begging for his life when the bandits caught him (not knocking it, I would've too), he was tempted by lady Bertilak and gave in to her sexual advances, and broke his pact with Lord Bertilak when he didn't tell him about and give up the girdle. He basically failed every test of courage and chivalry on his journey until the end when he did the right thing||

Oathbring ending ||The character arcs in this book are the best for me. Shallan is actually probably my favourite despite Dalinar's being amazing as well. Was a bit disappointed from Kal still thinking of battles as "us vs them" in the end, but it seems that worry came from him caring too much and being too hard on himself, so overall its still pretty good.
As for the plot, exploring the world was one of my favourite parts and I'm so glad the world expanded as much as it did, and I'm pretty sure i missed like 40% of details lol.
The relationships in this book were also actually so great, not only lift talking with literally anyone else, but also the depth of Ash and Taln's mental states.
The magic system as well is expanded so much more which i love so much, especially with the 3 realms stuff, and I'm still not sure I understand it fully lol||
