Black Widow || it was mostly fine, the character dynamics, completely opposite to Pasto where I really enjoyed the interactions between the two sisters but it carried with the entire family and it was really intertwined between these moments of do or die action which hindered the impact of either. Really loved the main cast. Taskmaster and the other antagonist was bad and forgettable. The action was pretty great and it was coherent and easy to follow. Either way, the tease at the end leading into Hawkeye was pretty cool ||

||I think my main problem with the movie is how forgettable Whiplash was. Here you have Mikey Rourke coming off the Wrestler, totally at the top of his game, just being drastically underutilized. I think he had one line of dialogue the whole movie and it was I want my bird. I think this happens a lot in these super hero films because they don't (for some reason) like to have just one villain. It's always two sharing the spotlight with one of them just ending up being the muscle. It happens here with Whiplash and Justin Hammer. I didn't particularly like the fight choreography either, it was kinda bland. Also the black widow intro was kinda cringe in that early 2000 misogynistic kinda way. || Ironman 2

The thing is, Ivan Vanko and Justin Hammer, were both kinda like on equal footing on the role as the antagonist, just in different scenarios. But the main antagonist of the movie wasn't both of them but like Tony's inner insecurities, which I, when trying to remember from the top of my head, was done quite well.
And for Natasha's Intro and the fight choreography... I didn't even mention Natasha's intro about what I liked about Iron man two (don't say that again Scarletttt). It wasn't bad, neither it was that good. For the fight choreography, the ending fight, ehhh.. Let's not talk about that. but the start one was good. That Iron Man suitup was probably one of my best, after The Avenger's one. ||

my criticism of the movie was ||it almost felt a bit scenes could have been plucked, they could have been better set up to find the red room. it was made to seem like an impossible task but their route was alexei -> their mom -> red room. felt that could have been covered better. way too many avenger references and overall, the villains werent that strong|| black widow
what i liked ||was the casting. esp that of yelena and alexei, david harbour was AMAZING. i thought yelena was gonna be a robot bore but she had some rlly good fun moments. this movie after civil war would have been perfect but we didnt get it. the action was really well done and the story covered itself well (aside from the parts i mentioned above) and of course, the ending scene sets us well for a good unknown||
