like if you read his other works especially in release order you can clearly notice the growth in his writing skill

like his first work elantris already showed his signature plot twists and the classic sanderlanche but the characters were really kinda rough around the edges

R&M s5 e1 || man this ep was hilarious, a much better start compared to last season. the whole time thing is such a classic rick and morty joke, and loved how they tied the B plot to the A. the sex thing was hilariously weird at first, but it somehow made sense in the end was worried about that "why are we doing this? bc it's supposed to be fun" meta joke in the trailers, but im actually excited for this season now.||

r&m s4 || the snake episode was good, loved when rick said "who wants legs motherfuckers" but overall, it was a weaker season compared to the others, and esp s3. they went too deep with the meta jokes in s4, look at the vat of acid for ex, it was fun, but too meta that it lost that r&m coolness||
