I will give my thoughts on each of them individually
Stormlight archive book 1, chapter 3: ||This was the first chapter that stood out to me the most in terms of dialogue and interactions with the overall world. Shallan is so likeable and I love her||
Book 1, Chapter 4: ||This is the first chapter that was dedicated to progressing character arcs and it also revealed a lot about what was hinted in chapter 1 (shattered plains, etc) and on chapter 2 about who kaladin wanted to kill. Kaladin remains my favourite character and every interaction with Tvlakv was gold, including their dynamic.||
Book 1, chapter 5: ||In this one i felt conflicted, I was sure Shallan was gonna make it as her ward, but turns out she didn't, making each other's back and forths really fun and tense to read for me. I'm really excited for what's gonna come next considering this is taking a really interesting approach||
