random question: how many of you have never seen spongebob squarepants. I wanna see something.
Haven't seen it
wow
ive seen a lot of it
Well I finished El Camino. That was a very touching conclusion for Jesse. 7.5/10
Cool movie for sure. It makes me kinda sad in a way
haven’t seen it in ages, but I’ve watched like 85-90% of the series
by that you mean S1-S3
yeah
my favorite spongebob episode is the dime episode
I know you all remember this nostalgia part of Spongebob! XD I love this part too, when Spongebob is so fed up with Squidward staying at his house because Mr. Krabs accused hims of stealing his dime. Then at his breaking point, SpongeBob grabs Mr. Krabs by the throat and yells at him about how ridiculous the situation is, violently shaking him w...

YOOOO
I USED TO LOVE THIS SHOW
lmaooo no way
i forgot the name of this show
i watched this a lot
fate did you see the movie for Legends of the Hidden Temple?
Anyone stranger things new season?
Lol
we all miss Jesse
retweet
what are u gonna watch now ultrainstinctZ?
how did you like the ending once and for all?
probably gonna move on to movies for now. idk really know yet
el camino?
breaking bad and then el camino yeah
i liked both endings. very satisfying conclusions
i will genuinely miss this cast
what do you prefer? mr robot or breaking bad?
oof hard one
because you watched them back to back iirc
but i love them both equally tbf
i prefer mr. robot lol
only reason i say BB has a slight edge is because of its suspense
damn idk now. i guess they're both amazing in their own ways
agreed. however S4 and first half of S5 of BB was slow to me tho
except their ending halves
i think consistently mr robot just kept delivering until the end
season 4's || vera episode tho ||
fucking amazing
Has Mr robot ended? The last episode I remember watching was || elliot getting addicted to Adderall || mr robot s2 ep 4-5 maybe
HOLY SHIT LMFAO
@crimson lance this is the font thor talks in in recent comics

well, god talk, almost always looks like that
As u should
Mr robot was more interesting for me
Way more emotionally involved and sympathetic
||I agree, it's the best one I think. The finale is good, but this one is just such a fun episode in general|| Invincible episode 5
I agree
Lets fight the naysayers together

gonna watch the season finale of invincible
weren't you just at episode 5
i swear you were on episode 1 for like 3 weeks now you're at the finale
enjoy
thought u meant elliot schwartz for a second 💀

ah forgot
i finished jupiter's legacy
4/10
very boring
only 1 interesting character
rewatching daredevil >>>>
i kept watching bc i assumed something cool would happen but that wasn't the case
they did ||this big origin flashback which at times seemed cool but overall fell flat and it hurt it even more|| jupiter's legacy
gave it a 4 bc while it was very boring and generic, i could get through it without clawing my eyes out
wouldn't recc tho
Daredevil is Boring.....Harsh why are our opinions so different
your name says it all
please shut up man
let me enjoy what i like in peace
if you think daredevil is boring, my condolences
not my fault you lack taste
I know it's boring...have seen it
put the helmet back on son
yeah got it the first time
haunting suspicion you aren't old enough for discord
LMFAOOO
I mean have you watched all of the daredevil?
what

Im just enjoying the madness
alright fellas time to stop feeding the filter feeder lol
Then there's nothing I can do.....Iron fist was the best amongs them
Not yet
YUCK
i have an episode and a half left
no flame tho
@sage sleet
Nobody asked you
🤢
harsh quickly ask me
does he seem to be in the too young for discord or sumn?
yes king
there we go
@shadow pelican all you need is an ice pick and you could be back to normal

lobotomy could be the answer to your iron fist binge problem
ah i see then she was hyped for the trailer
yeah
watch this one as well
slightly longer, doesnt reveal anythinh
but holy hell is it incredible
Reminds me of the villain from return to oz
the posters are great too
well, its based on gawain and the green knight, one of the arthurian folk legends
i need to do something tonight to get my focus back but idk what it is
does he seem to be in the too young for discord or sumn?
I'm here ...nothing you can do about it
for sure, lemme know your thoughts
i'll finish shadow and bone too
i thought you finished it
i was close but then i started writing a lot and hung out with friends and messed my sleep up
so i lost my train of thought and focus
🤢
@modern lichen
Again we have different opinions that's what I first said...if you can't understand then....okay
it's generic but gives it a good twist that keeps you engaged
i'm expressing my opinion man, iron fist sucks dick
i almost would describe it close to those divergent, maze runner esque movies
in a sense
but it makes things interesting
i see
Thats what it looks like from the trailers
i liked the first 2 or 3 episodes of iron fist when he wasn't iron fist lmao
just a bum
but even then it was mid that went quickly into the dog shit territory and stayed there
and its not just me, its a lot of other people who have watched all the shows in the mcu netflix verse would agree, iron fist just sucks
wack ass writing
acting is eh
your opinions need to be documented and submitted to every known psychiatrist in a 250 mile radius from your current location. just my opinion tho!
Tbh same
@shadow pelican i just find iron fist and danny rand in general annoying as fuck dude, its fine if you like it but iron fist is not a good show imo, and they really stretched the 13 episode format to the extreme with the show
danny rand pulls off the bum better than the rest
This week has been full of little cabbage patch kids i wanna slap to next week
daredevil made good use of that format because its a slower show in general
iron fist never needed that
summer break is coming up so the kids getting their internet priv back
it just exposed the weak writing
and they're going crazy
nah i'm gonna be nice
Oh lord
in this case, id say its the stretches of boringness and nothingness which is infuriating
it tries to do shit with the 13 eps
but it falls because the foundation is just cracked
idk the story of iron fist outside of the show
he's very interesting in the comics
but i played him in this one marvel game with spiderman and some lizard fuck
Yeah iron fist was one of my favorite characters in ultimate spiderman
Then they did this and i forgot
fucking danny rand in the show just sucks
Poor dude just left man
Lmfao
I gave him a proper response too
Well he left the convo
Im weak
Bro just said good night
invinsible || had to watch the entire shit just for this meme ,cant believe it was in the last episode
||
was it worth it
No

Another site
Breaking bad S5 ep 11|| holy fucking shit Walt is despicable ||
||Also I hope the nazi dudes along with Todd get killed||
||Figures that a bitch like Todd is friends with neo nazis||
||Oh fuck yes Jesse burn it all||
The Boys season 2 episode 3 || oooh, the compound v has been revealed to the media. Also, I am getting more annoyed by Stormfront every time she's on screen||
^
The Boys
||I still gotta finish season 2, I’m on season 2 episode 8.||
Breaking bad ep12|| nvm Jesse a little bitch that can’t see things through||
I edited it. Lol :p
||Even though Stromfront is a total bitch, she’s hot af.||
I guess
i guess
Anyone?
I started watching the flash tv show
I know like some stuff in the later seasons but I am finally watching it now
I am on ep 14 rn
|| I pretty much know the whole death of Barry's mom is based on stopping flashpoint from happening and everything so like it is kinda less special and stuff || flash
This was the moment Luffy became Heisenberg
The flash starts good
as any other cw show
Because western live action shows build themselves to go on until people stop watching
unpopular opinion but lok >> atla
How many episodes are there in LoK?
Oh. I was disappointed with AtLA with its seconnd season finale and || kinda rushed last 2 episode and that lion turtle coming out of nowhere ||
atla
Oh i thought since the studio went bankrupt there wouldnt be a sequel
Thats cool
Might actually watch the first one then
i thought the studio that fixed the sonic design got shut down
I really did enjoy the Sonic movie.
same
will never forget the time i was gonna give away 3-4 shifts so i could go see the sonic movie
then lockdown happened and my work basically shut down
good times
really bummed justice smith said there might not be a detective pikachu 2
i hope they continue to do pokemon
would be cool seeing it in the perspective of a ranger or a trainer
Aw:(
never know what's gonna happen
they've finished filming but the important question is
are they gonna release a trailer so hilariously bad they have to go through the cgi all over again
you think they'll do it again?
I don't put anything past them
castlevania s4 is good
Atla || forgot to mention that I found a character who looked similar to Blueno from One Piece, I mean real close||
Castlevania is finally here!!
yessir
Just finished Castlevania season 4 ||and I can gladly say that was the best season of the whole show||
Gonna save Castlevania for tonight, been waiting for this
I might watch tonight
Bruh wait til season 3
I've seen it already lol
Oh you’re rewatching it all?
Word... DD is probably my favorite of the Defender series.. then Jessica Jones
Daredevil is the only show I like from the marvel Netflix ouevre tbh
Honestly Jessica Jones is the only other one I like. The other ones really weren’t that good, especially the one that had all of them
Luke Cage was mediocre and Iron Fist plain sucked
Word.. I actually thought iron fist season 2 was worst then the first one
The first one had promise
Yeah, even where it left off in season 2 I think gives MCU an opportunity to expand on it more if they decide to. Maybe through Shang-Chi
they're all non canon now so its not like it matter
daredevil still has merit tho
the third season is a masterclass in tv in general
Yeah if Disney does defenders and recast everyone it will definitely retcon the Netflix series
What they did with season 3 was incredible
season 2 has been so great so far, better than the initial watch
Season 2 was just okay to me.. || the Elektra stuff was kinda slow imo ||
Word it’s not even that it’s terrible, her arc just didn’t do anything for me
She’s hot tho
yes
👁️
elektra as a character i generally really like
so i was invested in her arc in season 2
||what they did in defenders with her character was....||
anyone here seen homeland?
Im checking it out for the first time and it feels pretty solid from the get go
|| If DD was allowed another season or 2 on Netflix they probably would’ve done a Elektra res kinda thing || DD
It’s on my list
daredevil ||the traditional electra storyline where she gets killed by bullseye wouldve been cool||
Yeah they could’ve pulled that off in like a season 4 ||bullseye was a huge favorite that season. And I like how much they tried to adapt the movie version that season || DD
wish they renew them
Same. Punisher was epic
I really liked his character
daredevil ||frank castle in daredevil however was great because of his involvement with daredevil and the others in the universe as a whole||
Yeah I wasn’t surprised at all he got a spin-off
yeah i think thats what spelled doom for his show
too much of punisher indulgence got boring
i got bored like halfway through the first season man lmao
Lmao sheesh... I mean the plot def was pretty straight forward and it had episodes that dragged for I suppose dramatic effects. But I like how Frank never stopped doing what he does. And the fight scenes were legit imo
too legit
shockingly legit lmao
punisher as a character is good when in his own like short one off stories
a lot of punisher comics have been that way for a long time
Word I can see that.. I might check some of those out
for sure
did you finish season 1?
I haven't seen Castlevania in a long time
I'm still on season 2 of castlevania...
the best of the third ones
keep going
tho 3rd is painful
Is it just a thing for dc to reboot every 5 years
Like they just rebooted again in march
Watchin' Resident Evil for first time in a very long time. I can't remember if I actually watched it all the way through..
Spoilers ||The scene where they get sliced and diced makes me uncomfortable. ||
The Resident Evil movie?
It's an alright movie. Sequels get progressively worse though.
@minor iris did you watch the Bad Batch yet?
Planning to watch it Tomorrow
Niiiice
Didn't have enough time for today...
Lmk what you think so far after you start it
Yeah, you've got a good amount of content ahead of you
I unfortunately been recommended some vids of bad batch on YouTube
So I know certain plot points
I never watched it but I was wondering if it was worth it
Or if you could recommend any good arcs
Some arcs of rebels are fun to watch
Hmm
Well I'd say watch the first 2 EPs of rebel season 1 to get what your watching
Season 1 is the weakest
I did watch those
What I wanna watch is ||the ahsoka stuff||
I also recommend episode 5
Gonna start castlevania here in a bit
Specifically ||Vader and Ahsoka stuff|| but I did see a compilation of it on YouTube
Nice funk, I watched seasons 1 and 2, but I don't think I ever got past that
Season 4 is out now
Sorry. Brain got things mixed up
I think I dropped it cause Castlevania wasn't really my thing, but I might catch up now...
Im all about it man
Favorite vampire story in general if im gonna be honest
But i never loved vampires anyway so
Oh the strain is technically about vampires. They call them vampires
That shows goated i should pick it back up
The strain was good I heard
You could watch the season 1 finale also Strong
I just found an interesting series that I might check out
It has JK Simmons in it, it's called "Counterpart"
Alright Grizz. I'll take a look
Also the first 2 EPs of season 2
Fx has good content generally @barren temple
Hmmm. Okay, so far I got
S1 episode 5, season finale of season 1, season 2 episodes 1&2
It's a solid list Grizz
I'll dip my toes in
I really only know what happens in parts of seasons 1&2
And the very end
This is triggering comic barrier to entry ptsd in my head
Also episode 3 of season 2 for a neat suprise
Cause I had to find out what happened to ||Ahsoka|| Rebels
Just have to say rebels has my favourite fight in all of star wars
Man i left off on s2 of rebels
You need to watch the last 2 episode of season 2 Strong
How long did it go on?
2 more seasons
Alright Grizz
I think if I'mma do rebels
I'll skip over most of s1
And then start at season 2 lol
Ohhh youre saying to skip rebels eps grizz? But its so short compared to clone wars
Hmmm... If that's the case
I might do the whole thing
Idk
I'm a huge clone wars fan
Isnt clone wars like... 200+ eps or something?
I def wasnt watching the whole time
Rebels and clone wars you can watch selected Barca is say
Strong I can DM you good watch guide for rebels
Ooh, please do
Nothing wrong with a plot speedrun ig. Dont mind me
But I had to mark out something in red
Im not here

Alright im gonna watch the long awaited season 4 of vampires and cool black guys: the show

Castlevania s4 ep 1 || "im turning into belmont" at the end got me ngl ||
|| also thats funny how literally everyone is trying to bring dracula back. Im sure thats how a lot of the games were too is like "ive reincarnated him so now you have to fight him again but different this time" so thats a pretty cool add-on if thats how it is ||
@hoary hawk Finally finished Shadow and bone. ||Sucks that the best story line is the shortest one. Thank god they've finally joined the main story line at the end of season 1||
Continuing my watch of the Resident Evil series.
@scenic terrace ||so the main story with her mal dark prince and kaz/jesper are two diff books and not combined of same world. But the creator wanted to do both in the same series and that was prob the best decision since ppl loved the little group more, I wonder how much more it’ll change the dynamic from here though that they have met now|| shadow and bone
In other news anyone got a series they liked that I should watch?
Looking for recommendations
Shadow and bone ||Oh i meant Nina the heartrender and Mathias the druskle being the best story line||
that tidbit was very interesting though
||oh yea I like both of them too but they’re part of kaz’s group in the story so my point still stands|| shadow and bone
Shadow and bone comparison to the books ||Pretty interesting that it appears to mostly be about shadow and bone and looks s2 will be leading into six of crows based off the very little info i read on the wiki||
Holy s*** Castlevania S4 ||E6 Carmilla vs Isaac is quite possibly the best fight scene yet||
I was recommended to read six of crows over shadow and bones
Shadow and bones Netflix adaptation is supposedly better than the books?
Yea it is
You read the books?
Breaking bad S5 ep14 ||holy fucking shit I can’t believe they just killed both hank and gomez ||
Meh it was okay
Bad Batch ep 3 ||They introduced storm troopers earlier than I expected by gathering soldiers outside of clones. There's probably going to be a rebellion on Kamino. I appreciate the darker tone it went for this episode.||
oh damn, its friday already
Funny gif
BB || yeah if the kaminoans can't hold their relationship with the empire they might use the next phase of the experiment to rally against them... but it only makes sense if it's out of self defense so maybe clone genocide on empire's behalf.. not sure ||
It's 4 25 here I have not slept and cannot sleep what about you guys
probably the wrong place to ask this dude
@pale tapir gonna watch the first episode of the bad batch
Oh I forgot about the new Bad Batch episode

YESSSS
Enjoy my man, I gotta do episode 3
But yeah avatar was a lot more strai than legend of korra is they are both really good neither is better than the other avatar was about mastering the bending and defeating a clearly evil enemy, legend of korra was about a physical strong avatar who was lacking in spiritual growth and was dealing with the fact that the avatar isn't as needed anymore against enemies that are more a battle of idealism than evil intent
I can agree as well
Also how do you forget the last season of bojack
You just dig your own holes, man
Bad Batch ep 3 ||Damn, Crosshair is ruthless
. If they go for a Kamino rebellion arc, that'd be so sick||
Well i watched the first half and never got to finishing it when the ending dropped. so im jus rewatching it now and i guess watching the last 8 episodes for the first time
Breaking Bad ep15 ||holy fucking shit I hate Todd so fucking much. This piece of gutter trash roadkill oughta rot along with his stupid neo nazi gang ||
||I don’t know if I’ve ever hated someone as much as Todd||
breaking bad ||todd fucking sucks yeah||
Ep15|| Jesus fucking Christ I said that before he killed Jessie’s girlfriend my hatred has multiplied||
||I feel so bad for Jesse ||
finish it
there is better fights
but yeah
it is one of the best
||tho Carmilla is a bad loser||
I forgot how good Samurai Jack was. I need to watch the entire series.
I kinda liked todd before killed a kid and tortured Jesse and killed Gabrielle
On episode five
Yea so you kinda liked him before you know, he literally did the most horrible shit
Life really do be like that
Same meu
Making my kid brother watch it rn
He's been super into ed edd n eddy rn but I made him take a break to watch samurai jack
love death and robots season 2 out
Thought it been out for weeks
came out today lol
I did, there are better fights
Phineas and Ferb end ||still can’t believe ferb hooked up with doofenshmirtz’s daughter, what a chad||
Finished love death and robots season 2
It was cool
The animation popped off in each ep
I liked it more than season 1 even though there were less than half the episodes
The first episode reminded me of that one black mirror episode
Don't remember what it was called
welp, who's ready for attempt #2
Let’s hope it goes better this time
🙏

RT LOL
Please make the amphibia finale good
Breaking bad finale
||Holy shit that was a wild ride. Loved it through and through. ||
||Of all the ways I imagined Walt killing Jack and Todd’s gang, THAT was not one of them||
Great show isnt it
time to watch better call saul
I confess I watched El Camino before I ever watched breaking bad ||so I know that Jesse somehow ends up captured again which makes me really concerned||
Why would you do that
Idk
what the fuck
thats really weird
Why would you just watch a movie that serves as an epilogue to a series
Without watcching the series
You probably should
Definitely should
Cause you yk actually know what the fuck is happening
Which comes first in the timeline, Camino or Better caul saul?
Oh
hate to break it to you that better call saul isnt all about ||Saul working at a cinnabon||
Wuuuuuuuuuuut
BCS ||i hate chuck so much why is he written to be such an asshole||
||worse than todd||
bcs || I feel bad for chuck more than I hate him ||
Bcs ||he blindly worships the law, he like sees jimmy as below him, and he also refuses to accept he has a mental condition||
||just an asshole to jimmy in general||
bcs || blindly following the law isn't a problem if you're literally a lawyer lmao and he doesn't simply sees jimmy as below him, he tried to be supportive but couldn't deal with his slippin jimmy shit from the old days ||
|| jimmy isn't a saint and chuck is partially right he would bend the law if he was ever a lawyer ||
Oh spice, I'm rewatching Daredevil
I should rewatch that too
2 episodes of season 2 left
I love season 2 much more now
Season 3 is gonna snap for sure
I already think it's a masterclass of tv storytelling in general
yea it's amazing ppl who say marvel is only cliche superhero shit never watched daredevil
I really loved Daredevil
it's an amazing series even without the marvel ties
daredevil and jessica jones are some of the my favorite mcu things ever
I mean it's not really mcu but you get what I mean
Bcs ||its not about following the law, he literally acts like the law is something sent by god to “make sure everyone gets what they deserve as equals” or something||
And speaking of daredevil
matt murdock is a good example of a lawyer
bcs || yea sure he sounds like a nutjob but he is still right tho ||
||hes right that jimmy would bend the law but the fact that his morals are just “the law is right” is wack||
BCS?
bcs || I really don't see the problem about thinking that way
||
Better call saul
Ohh
||i think you should have your own personal beliefs before laws, even if they might correlate||
bcs || what he did wrong is treating jimmy that way because he couldn't follow the law and even going to sabotage his career ||
bcs || but that was his personal belief ||
bcs || also lets not forget about all the resentment about jimmy always getting things his way ||
bcs || chuck tries to do everything right but still gets overshadowed by someone who just cuts corners and breaks the rules everywhere ||
||yo hold up is that fuckin lydia lmao||
|| that scene with their mother dying and her last words was asking about jimmy when chuck was with her is really one of the saddest things in the show ||
|| lydia where? ||
||that part was really fucked up but honestly jimmy just picked a really unfortunate tme to get food||
|| it's just another example of jimmy being the center of the universe again to fuel chuck's resentment towards him ||
idk I just found him easy to emphatize with
I'm not defending him I'm just saying I can totally understand his feelings
i can understand his feelings i just dont think they are justified
Dom in every Fast and Furious movie: || https://youtu.be/PIhY1ydLmI4 || Breaking Bad S5 spoilers
Shadow and Bone It's good series, I found it good enough. The sets and the effects are great on it, the story is alright, but I am probably a little biased because I know the source material through and through
I don't think that is spoiler actually, just tagged for safety
not really a spoiler ye
Loony Toons are great
Has anyone watched Castlevania season 4? How was it
I watched the first ep, theyre foreshadowing some cool stuff
Gonna keep going after i finish more work
I finished Invincible in 1 day
Fire
Darkwing, Red Rush, War woman tho, bro it was so blatant DC ripoffs 🤣 😭
A work of pure art. Honestly one of the best things I've watched in 2021, and there's been a lot of great stuff so far
Gonna have to finish Daredevil Season 3 on the rewatch to start Castlevania S4 and Underground Railroad
I didn't liked season 1 of Castlevania so I never bothered with the rest. Does it get much better? Should I give it a go?
The first 2 seasons are cool
The third season definitely bored me and I didn't like it
The fourth I have yet to watch but I'm hearing good stuff on the most part
If you didnt like the first season you probably wont like the series in general tbh
First season was phenomenal from start to finish imo
First and second together
Judging by the first ep, harsh, something tells me youll like season 4
Lotta good action out the gate
Oh so it's generally considered the best season or indicative of the rest of the series?
The start of the series is like... big
In its entirety its pretty much the main event that kicks everything off
Basically from the start until the end of s2 iirc
Thanks for the info
Alright so im halfway through castlevania season 4
|| i love that saint germains back, even if hes doing some bad stuff rn. Honestly i feel like even if they bring dracula back, hes not gonna want blood anymore anyway. Hes with his wife and hes probably calmed down by now. It seems like everyone involved with dracula has moved on and i wouldnt be surprised if drac moved on too ||
You should watch the boys 💯
i just watched the view from halfway down
i cant fine that emote of the wojak dude
oh
finished bojack horseman
Big pog
Castlevania s4 ||trevor coming back is bullshit they explain as saint Germain who should have already died opened the infinite corridor ||
In the last second
im on the last movie of a trilogy
watched the first two this night
guess which trilogy
lord of the rings
nope
pitch perfect
this killed me
the only scene worth watching in the movies so far
so cringe im dying but i love it
why are u watching it then
sometimes laying back and losing brain cells is a good thing
Only for certain movies
Has to be entertaining though
havnt seen it them, there's some funny scenes here and there
holy shit third episode of the second season of love, robots and death is good
so 2nd season is good?
def not as good as first one
but maybe because theres only like half the episodes so far
i remember almost every episode of season 1 being quite good
ill watch it after i finish castlevania
I remember some eps in season 1 being more memorable than others anyway
The eps in s2 would probably have to be straight dog water for me to rate them lower
Not because s1 was bad or anything s1 was amazing, i just dont rate anthologies or sketch shows like i do normal shows
|| The scene of fisk and matt yes, matt when he says "I BEAT YOU" its one of the best dialogues ever made by a marvel series/movie|| <- Daredevil 3x13
Gonna finish castlevania season 4 tonight
let us know ur thoughts
I haven't seen a prank show in such a long time
kinda got less funny once I learned most of that stuff is scripted
to be young and naive again
harmless pranks are less likely to be scripted tho
Finished Bad Trip. It was funny towards the end. The outtakes were pretty cool lol
Castlevania season 4 was beautiful

you need badges here?
Yes. Who let you in here?
Yes ofc
Smh
Spice there was a guy in general named fart conspiricist with your same role color posting black usopp pictures
I was so discombobulated
I snuck in.
Security
your first mistake was thinking I'd use general
His display name was "(enies lobby) fart" and idk why that was so funny to me
Anyway castlevania s4 goated ngl
Nobody even told me this was the finale
Yeah like a spinoff in the same universe
Im down
Yk castlevania really made me realize how much potential we waste on vampire stories. Its either boring nosfaratu stuff or edgy teen melodrama stuff. I want more of this style
Vampires are actually so cool but we shit the bed on them constantly
Anyway i might watch a little love death and robots now
Is Game of Thrones still worth watching despite the ending
Seasons 1 to 4 are great
Season 5 is eh
Season 6 is the conclusion
Season 7 and 8 don't count

i thought they counted but sucked
I'm still slowly reading the Invincible comic.
i need a western show
breaking bad
The Boys
Gonna finish Daredevil Season 3 on my rewatch tomorrow
u liked season 3?
The sopranos
the wire
Season 3 is my favourite season of Daredevil
Season 3 is a masterclass in superhero storytelling
Hell, it's a masterclass in TV
Would you say its a master class in lawyer tv shows
No
ah to bad
Murdock is a good lawyer but most of the cases he deals always end bad
The focus is his vigilantism and shit
Finished ld&r s2
Honestly there were too many realistic eps for my taste
But the stuff that wasnt realistic was really good
No goddamn idea what that last ep is supposed to symbolise and im not gonna think about it lmao
Yeah they shouldnt have ended with that one
The ||Santa || episode was the best
That was hilarious
Yeah im fine with the short number of episodes as long as they do more of that and less of the realistic cgi cyberpunk shit
The worst one was probably the Michael b Jordan episode
Yeah its like there was barely a story there lol
Plus they got his face all wrong
Not even technology can recreate his hotness sm my h
They do the cgi really well in those ones
I thought they were doing an episode every season where they bring popular actors and they keep it real
Like Mary Elizabeth winstead in s1
'The witness' in season 1 was like spiderverse
Yeah reminded me of a s1 ep
This season is definitely more of a mixed bag for me. Still has some amazing stuff but the worst eps from s2 are probably worse than the worst eps from s1
Worse worst worsen worst
Now its a weird word to me
I checked on Reddit and most of the ppl don't think he was cgi
One more reason to discredit reddit
Idk to me the cgi on the faces is pretty obvious
It was hard to tell bc of the lighting
I like that they do that because it makes all the other cg stuff happening around them feel more believable
If its sustainable id like to see more of that style in general
I don't know but this just doesn't look cgi to me
Well they rendered it really well
You can tell its cgi by the movements usually
Just small things
Also i know mbj's face and its not all there
Pretty spot on though
Another thing I noticed was that the Mary Elizabeth winstead episode was also EP 7 just like this one so I just thought they were gonna do one episode half live action every season
Could've just been a coincidence tho idk
Apparently the reactions to Cruella is that it was pretty good
I didnt realize it was already out
This isnt one ill buy from disney plus but im pretty tempted to get it ngl
It's not out
It’s not out
It's not out

Better Call Saul is good
but BCS season 3 ||the Mike segments have been prety boring so far, Gus is just now getting involved so it might interesting but his plotlines are usually a slog for me.||
My favorite episode of LD&R was Buck shot, powerful & good acting
honestly i agree yeah that plotline was much more interesting in the first 2 seasons
yeah
but why is it consider so good ?
good writing
good characters
just give the whole first episode a watch and judge it yourself
you have to watch all of it though
dont turn off after 20 min
reviews looking good
im excited
Ok
ok
Ok
Took your advice, yea it’s good 👍🏽
@outer tulip Just watched the first episode of The Legend of Korra || and really wish that I can undo it||
|| the main thing that I dislike in most of sequels of such fantasy shows are how the technology and system of the world changes in just few years || LoK
Lol yeah the series is seriously garbage... I dropped it after the first season but I know some say it got better.
I’d have to double check but I think it’s ||like 50 years later|| LoK
Still a bit industrialized...
||70 years || LoK
Ahhh
that’s actually crazy years later ||I can’t believe Katara was still alive|| Lok
|| I mean the system isn't changed in 1000 years before aang and now avatar is considered nothing || lok
||83-85 isn't much age|| lok
|| yeah I can see the avatar being obsolete when it comes to war and stuff as times go on... I think they’ll just serve as bridges to the spirit world ||
Oh True I forgot she wasn’t that old in TLA
||Before too the world wasn't in that much war. As we saw when aang communicated with previous avatars||
LoK
|| True but I think the lion turtle might’ve been gated by Aang and kinda helped in ending the war || TLA LOK
|| I mean the police and such were before too but they respected avatar and the way of benders and stuff || Lok
Lmaoo oops.. I just fixed it
||Yeah they def do demonstrate less superiority when it comes to the avatar and at times a nemesis to Society... but Korra still act as every conflict is hers to deal with || LOK
||Like I mean even when the benders are down to few, they should be somewhat respected. I mean some samurai still exist and they are respected || LoK
||I mean no author can't do 50-100 or more year timeskip in fantasy story properly||
|| yeah the whole bending art is def preserved and evolved a lot in the show... probably the one thing I actually liked about the show || LoK
|| but the antibender association or something is real bad || lOK
What really did it good was || how technology upgraded with magic in Magi || magi reference for LoK and Atla
Oh yeah || the equalists... That def plays into the whole technology developing = make benders less important... kinda thing || LoK
Hey btw have you watched magi? Wanted to draw a contrast with AtLA
Word I’ve never seen it... ||but I’ve seen the tech evolving power things in Boruto || Boruto... is there a timeskip in Magi?
Nah I’ve never seen it lol
|| there's a very short timeskip where the world reaches peace and develops tremendously in terms of technology, but the way the technology evolves is with magic, as Magic too is a resource, which a proper developer/creator shouldn't ignore. But Legend of Korra straight away ignores bending and moreover despises it || LoK with a tad-bit of reference with Magi for comparision
Anyway I should find something else to watch so that I can remove this || disappointment of watching LoK|| LoK
Yeah I would just watch season 1 and if you like it then try the next one. But you probably won’t lol
Im tryna find something new to watch too tho... I heard castlevania is good
I cannot make myself even watch the next episode
😭
Daredevil S3 ||Matt's inner devil on the shoulder being Fisk is so well executed, some brilliant writing there||
on season 2 episode 2 of breaking bad
yuh
best episode yet
||Ever watched the walking dead so much that you dreamed about zombies|| TWD
@open pond do you still watch it
Big hero 6 spoilers ||it was good except for that final villain reveal, what the fuck||
Best part wdym seppy
Yeah i enjoyed that part
I stopped watching at S4, thinking about rewatching it again though just curious to see how the story progressed
Rewatching el Camino now that I’ve seen breaking bad ||man it’s really sweet to see that Skinny Pete and Badger are legitimately good friends ||
||you need friends like that in life|| el camino
El camino|| jeez Todd looks different||
|| I remember when I could be bothered I watched until the latest season now when I try to watch it the episodes seem too long. Sometimes a character that is scripted off, kills the series. || TWD
Yo Nightcrawler’s directing is so good. I’m really enjoying this
Actually an underrated movie that kinda gave me chills
I love the acting in the movie
Jake Gyllenhall is fantastic in this movie
his best performance
This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a while
HOLY SHIT || LOU IS CRAZY FUCK HIM FOR RICK’S DEATH || Nightcrawler spoilers
Damn that was amazing. Very interesting plot direction and structure
Nightcrawler || Lou showed no lack of remorse in Nightcrawler killed Rick and then profited, by being one of the biggest news services ||
Riz Ahmed is a talented actor
yeah
I'll check it out harsh
You didn't have to tag that Saka but yeah, seen that too
Finally, we're back
This was peak
Just remembered that this was popular back then ||https://fanlore.org/wiki/The_Johnlock_Conspiracy|| BBC Sherlock S4

|| was talking about BBC Sherlock in another server, and just came to know taht many were disappointed by it, Not just S4, whcih was really bad, but the earlier seasons too. What about you guys?|| BBC Sherlock
I dislike BBC Sherlock a lot now
No payoff just set up to be paid off in the future
Weak writing that is exposed after a few minutes of rumination
Patronising nature towards mystery storytelling
Moreso a glorification of Sherlock and Watson rather than a series that prides itself on being a modern rendition and adaptation of some of the most iconic detective stories
Elementary as a series is much better than Sherlock in telling a sheer mystery story episode by episode while maintaining an overarching plot
couldn't get what you meant by this...
There's no fucking mysteries lmfaooo
Its just Sherlock fucking around
Mysteries are something of a backseat motivating factor rather than something front and center
For example, the Great Game
Bullshit off-screen mystery storytelling rather than showing clues for the audience to properly follow along with the mystery
Most of the detective work is done off screen
There's no hints, no tension, it's just bullshit ass superhuman powers than Sherlock and Mycroft posses
Don't get me started on fucking character writing, which is abysmal
I don't remember much when I just think of it but || the deductions scenes were pretty nice. It was logical and convenient to follow through or smth. Mainly i that Irene Adler episode and Charles Augustus Magnussen one where he was shot|| Sherlock S2 and S3
Watson does nothing for most of the series, Irene Adler is reduced to being a femme fatale dominatrix in love with Sherlock now and Moriarty is just everywhere and has a hand in everything, cheapening his value to the story
Felt Irene was done more justice than in the book || Irene in the novel didn't have much, she just outsmarted sherlock but that too wasn't anything great|| The scandal in Belgravia and the scandal in bohemia
Sherlock Series 3 || when he returns to the story, instead of providing abundant clues for the fans to figure out how he faked his death, Moffat and Gatiss opt out of that shit and just voice it through their characters to look through the how and not care about how he survived, but why, which frankly is the worst fucking bullshit a detective or mystery story can pull ||
Agree on that || that episode has good development, how Moriarty was played into Sherlock hands and the moments with Anderson and his club (or smth like that) figuring out how Sherlock sruvived, but it didn't give a proper conclusion of how he survived|| bbc sherlock s3
Sherlock Series 2 || Irene Adler in the original, in the context of the time, outsmarts Sherlock and his ideas of women being accessories rather than intelligent human beings of their own, which Sherlock himself recognized and the king of Bohemia did not, the show reduces her to this woman who is utterly dependent on men and is desperately in love with Sherlock and depends on Sherlock at the end ||
shouldn't we like spoiler tag it harsh
Even that is bullshit. Sherlock Series 2 || the writers (putting this all on Moffat and Gatiss) really make a caricature of the viewers trying to figure out the mystery, which is not effectively communicated, first off and then completely forgone and then they insist that mystery is not important and that it is all irrelevant ||
The way I felt about Irene adler was || that part was like give or take. Irene saves Sherlock from Moriarty (in her way) and he returns the favor at the end of the epsiode. And in matters of outsmarting, she does outsmart him more than once during the episode. First when she steals back her phone and second when she gets him to crack the code for her.
And for her vulnerability, her falling for sherlock, I feel it depends on the perspective: depth or just flatness. Her sudden vulnerability feels as an inversion of her in the manipulator role||
bbc sherlock s2 ep1
But I haven't watched it in like since the last season aired, so would need to rewatch to refresh my memory
Sherlock Series 2 || the only instance of her outsmarting him is when she gets naked 😭. After that it's a series of bullshit events, including that infamous boomerang dogshit and then it's a cat and mouse game of figuring out the contents of the phone with the shitty puzzle which Sherlock effectively achieves in like 15-20 minutes of having been introduced to it, Irene is outsmarted more than she outsmarts him, she's in awe of his abilities, she's in love with him, there's nothing that the writers constructively add to the character which frankly, Conan Doyle wrote better in the fucking 19th century and it all comes down Sherlock coming in to save her again from the fucking Taliban out of nowhere ||
Sherlock Series 2 || at the end of the day, it is again the bullshit gimmick of Moriarty being involved in these events and don't even get me started on the plane full of missing passengers shit that Mycroft pulled off ||
yea no need to start on that one. 😅
Series 1 was the only instance i thought where there was any semblance of genuine mystery storytelling lmfao and even then, only 2 episodes out of 3 sticks to the general interesting mystery stories that Sherlock Holmes series got so popular for
It went to shit from the third episode of the first season itself
Season 3 started putting me off. What was the name of the second book that was adapted into a episode?
The Sign of four
Yeah
That episode, the Sign of Three, I felt that episode to be || the one which I disliked the most||
It felt || entirely random||
I found the hound of Baskerville adaptation to be genuine bullshit too
it had the thriller part, even tho it lacked the mystery
the Sign of Three lacked them both
Fuck Moffat
The others, even tho I somewhat agree to your points, I found them very entertaining and a good watch back then, when I watched it air and when I rewatched them too
its not even entertaining
can't explain with valid points, as I have to rewatch for that, but one thing I remember is that I found it geniunely entertaining when I watched it back then.
more than Elementary too
Elementary is that Sherlock in NYPD, right?
elementary is far more fucking entertaining

sherlock in new york, a reworking yes
which series was that where Sherlock was a consultant to NYPD. That was Elementary, right?
maybe.. my memory's not so fresh of them both to compare properly.
Only remember how I felt watching those two back then
and how hyped I was for Sherlock S4 and how disappointed I became in return
yeah i had a heavy bias for sherlock too
I mean, I was even making fan trailers (for theories) by editing the clips of other movies, and which even seemed to match
i was hyped for series 4 too
turned out to be military grade radiated bullshit
made me look back on the entire series
soured me on it and made me realise some stuff
yeah episode 3
worst episode of the show
can't really say. That felt so complex that I had to rewatch it to understand
hehe ok
Sherlock s2 ep 1 was really confusing

Everything was good great
Expect s2 ep 1 it's literally garbage and a dumpster fire
Suit yourself
i am ahead of you 3 eps only
