Avatar 3 ||it was very nice, better than the second one I think, beautiful as usual, but i think.the highlights were definitely spider, and how much burden Jake was shouldering, wonder what was going on in his head, either send spider away at the start cuz he can't live with them, then switch to killing him, deciding to listen to his wife or his kids, right after losing his son too, all of that, and how it was actually dealt with, brilliant, the movie ended in the same way the 2nd one did, and idk why the colonel decided to fall down there, like Jake told his family to not shoot.or kill him he was gonna be fine, why did bro off himself, anyways, I AM THE FIRE!!||

I didn't agree with the criticisms of "woke" for that episode because the episode was still of great quality and told a heartwrenching story, even if it was kind of irrelevant. For this Knives Out movie, it really just felt like it was thrown in there to throw shade towards those people, and is really only going to reinforce the beliefs they already had.||

But like with her personality and with how the interaction went with Carol in that episode, it just is very frustrating ||

But at the same time unlike the lambo guy she’s living in the real world and accepting that this happened. She might as well use what’s given to her but she’s also a human who is incredibly lonely and so we stuff like this latest episode where she’s literally by the hivemind side the whole time. She’s kind of trying find the individual, but also is the hivemind just giving her what she wants to hear so she falls for them? They already pushed boundaries by doing something like kissing them. Theyre trying to distract her with the diner and stuff and to some degree it’s working cause she craves the connection||

Rhythm of war|| I think its just been like for me. I think sanderson does really good job at huge moments or like some core emotional hitting moments. I just feel like sometimes he doesn’t have the chops to carry the moment to moment dialogue scenes and i hate to beat a dead horse but the prose isn’t helpful. I think I was really drawn in by this world and these characters but it feels like they havent evolved a crazy amount in 4 books ||

Because Dalinar's growth moments had such gravitas and impact to them that the back is like a dead zone to him

For Shallan, her hiding behind persona is smth she has always done, so even tho her mind knows, her subconscious does that instinctively ||

There's neither a proper philosophical discussion about the situtaion, not a scientific one nor anything. Barely anything much is happenning that I am annoyed man ||
