I know for animated films the next Spiderverse was said to be next year but i cant remember what the update on the studios conditions was. Other than that, I can at least look forward to a new Wallace and Gromit, though sadly, one without Peter Sallis.

@modern lichen I finally, finally saw Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse ||All around phenomenal film, including the story. They upped the production value with their art direction, especially as it pertained to the stylization of each reality, and even the characters, such as the one from London who had the more punk/rebellious/ransom note aesthetic (there may be an official term for that style but I've rarely paid attention to it, so it escapes me). Gwen's world stole my heart though with it's painterly and sometimes watercolor look that reacted to her and her father at the end. My favorite Spider-Man design was the one from I believe a reality based on India - he was such a charming and funny dude, especially the chai tea joke. I think the film was more or less perfect until the end. I sadly was hoping for a full resolution with Spot, but instead got hit with the To Be Continued, which I kind of saw coming as the film neared the end. Either way, aside from the ending and some quick-paced cuts from I guess the storyboard artists and editors, which made it hard to follow maybe a few frames of action here and there, it's pretty much better than the first in every way.||
