just, this lady married a hot marine badass guy when she was in her teen or twenties, and he went off to war

and he basically never came home because america never stopped being at war ever

and she just apparently chain smoked cigarrettes, read romance novels and wanked

but when he retired finally, she got that wild form of ovarian cancer that ate away her brain stem and lefft her basically paraplegix and unable to even speak choerently

and he spent like 20 years doting on her

it was so romantic and so fucking heart breaking

she spent her entire life waiting for him, and he came home to nothng but caring on her, but they were never really able to be that hot couple they deserved to be together
