my country is a baby in the film industry, literally in 2011 we just started to be ofically called a film industry. We dont even have any kind of unions here yet. So there's still a lot to build up on and rules need to be set. A lot of production companies, theater, actors and politicians are taking advantage of all this grey areas leaving some people of the crew with not a single cent in their pockets. Some companies are doing some ugly and awful ai shit already just for not wanting to pay crewmemebers. So this shit going on in Hollywood will be one of the most important events in the history of film going foward.
