I was just saying in general--it's been something I have noticed with official stuff lol nothing against your art

I feel that. Too many times I leave artwork black and white but sometimes you just gotta color. I learned there only like seven schemes that are ever used--monochromatic (one color), analogous (one color and its two closest neighbors), complementary (two colors on opposite ends of the wheel), triadic (three colors thirds apart), split complementary (complementary but one side is split into that side's closest neighbors), quadratic (two sets of complementary colors), and square (two sets of complementary colors perpendicular to each other).
Hopefully that helps a little and I didn't just tell you something you already know

imo great artists should be critical of their own work. They're proud of their work, but they recognize when they need to improve and are fully willing to do so. Terrible artists don't respond well to criticism and will flat out refuse to improve altogether.

I think her eyes themselves are fine as they are for your semi-realistic style, I would draw them similarly (great line art by the way!)
perhaps drawing the eyelashes closer to the middle of the eye might make her more perona-like
