there's room for improvement but it looks good! the overall proportions of the body is actually pretty nicely done, the neck however needs to shrink a lil. even tho the facial features are a lil shifted from the center of the face, the size of the head matches with the proportion of the body so thats a huge +

you gotta pinpoint your biggest flaws and practice on them little by little, until you are good enough to practice another subject that you lack expertise on

what im trying to say is, just saying "practice" is too vague for beginners. Practicing is indeed extremely good, however only advising them to "just practice" is quite lackluster. Instead of just saying "practice" is much better saying "practice with intent or with a goal in mind, a purpose" following up with examples in what you should practice first+ their benefits. If your goal is to draw for example a manga, then the first thing you should probably do is learn human anatomy. When you say "practice",in the art world it includes, anatomy, perspectives, light,values,compositions, color, proportions, etc, and imo i think thats just too overwhelming for a beginner to hear
