I think it's the forehead and all the edges in general. The forehead looks a little short and sloping a little, and the top of the head looks a little flat. As for edges, it's just recognizing that the real world doesn't have edges, just different values. It's annoying and one of the reasons I don't realism. Otherwise, I think it's looking all right.

not necessarily feedback but since I see you're using paint.net, if you wanna use it for digital art I'd recommend using the line tool for cleaner line art. I think 3 or 3.5 was the sweetspot for me as far as line width goes. but you can tweak that number to your liking.

also for coloring, always
make a separate layer for colors. using the paint bucket tool to color on the same layer as your line art just ruins it. if you wanna color fast just use the magic wand tool (it's the fourth tool down on the left) and select the area on your line art layer where you want to color, then use the fill tool on the color layer (which should always be under your line art!) to color everything in that selected area. make sure the hardness of the tool is also at 70% or at least somewhere below that's around that number. (maybe 65% at the lowest.) that way it selects all of the area beneath the line art and doesn't leave any white spots when you fill in the selected area with your desired color.

also some useful shortcut commands to remember: ctrl + shift + u to open up the hue/saturation changer. and if you've used a certain effect on your image like gausian blur, you can just press ctrl + f to repeat the same effect.

idk if these make sense so if you need extra clarification I could put up some pics or vids to illustrate. hope these help if you plan on doing more art w the program.
