Not exactly sure on some of the changes I would make but I'll try: 1. Character's arms feel a little long, maybe move them closer together so they don't look like they are stretching. 2: Luffy and Zoro's head feel a bit big to me, but it depends on art style. 3: I would make the angle of the arms more prominent so it doesn't look like a straight line (or add shading to sell the effect) The mittens should also be drawn in a way to show the angle they are at, but I didn't do a good job in showing that in my edit. Of course it's all up to you on how you prefer, make sure to experiment!

This is a hard angle (and I'm sleep deprived), so I can't give much info, sorry. 1. I think the head should be more spherical. I saw you used a "block" for the base, but that made the curve at the top less pronounced. 2. I think the main problems would be the chin being too gigachad and the eyes not following the curve of the head. It's hard to explain but you can notice it on the reference and other references online. Nice to see you're still practicing & improving, keep it up!
