I'd say it's good but I can't really give any tips on art that's a 1-1 of a frame from the anime. I'd personally advise you to properly study the forms instead of copying the lines. That's how we grow as artists!

the hands need a bit of work. on average you draw the fingers not long enough or maybe to stumpy/the hands are too small

and in some cases, like Doffy, they feel too big

some proportions can be a bit off sometimes, such as Vivi's waist not being long enough based on how Oda usually draws them, or Stussy's eyes being both too large and too close to each other. Understanding proportions with anatomy is one of the keys to getting it right.
