I want to be better, but i get demotivated when i look at drawings from others in social media and feel im not trying hard enough.

i understand it's overwhelming to see all these amazing artists like, literally everywhere on the internet

but you can only get out of art what you want to get out of it, like anything else

what is trying hard? have you quantified that? are you practicing x amount of minutes every day? is there a point where you feel like you'll have sufficiently "tried hard enough?"

what exactly are you hoping for someone else to tell you when you ask similar questions in this channel over and over?

your art is good. if you practice you will improve. the rate of improvement will obviously vary due to a myriad of reasons both in your control and out of it. step back and think about what your goal is, then think about how long it'll take you to get there based on your current rate of improvement and the effort you're able to put in.

give yourself small goals, bit by bit

i think no matter how much you practice you will only get better (and faster) if you practice correctly. You can definitely improve if you just go about it yourself and work at it, its like working out in that sense. but if you really want to make big strides, you need to be smart about it, observe forms, practice color, anatomy studies. etc
